It's simply a form where we need to fill in our name, age, race, magic elemental affinities, weapon of choice and martial art style. Funnily enough though, race, elemental affinity and martial art style is completely optional despite the fact that they are the most important part of an adventurers' kit. I filled in my name as Akuma. My age as 17. Elemental affinities as private. Weapons of choice as dagger and gloves. Martial Art Style as private. "Everything is a-ok... Alright then, you can start as an E-rank. Alternatively you could also take a proficiency test for a chance at getting a higher rank.
