Chapter 8 - Thoughts and Ideas

3rd POV

Elemental Nations, Konohagakure no Sato, Akashi Complex.

A three-year-old boy was currently waking up after an accident occurred during training. A solitary and unsupervised training, stupid even. But the look of the boy's deceased father as he looked at him was always so unbearable… It was like being constantly compared to a better version of himself, which he agreed wasn't wrong at all. The little boy had straight black hair with a deep, almost blue hue and blue eyes deeper than the stormy ocean. He has lighter skin than a girl and looked slightly feminine. Yes, he was 4-year-old Akashi Ryu.

If anyone could see him now, they might have wondered at the confusion and maturity in his gaze. That was why Ryu was no longer himself. Or rather, he was no longer the naive version of himself. He was a reincarnated who drew some characters and now had his memories back. In the land where he lived his name was Hideki. An iconic name for anyone who has read or watched Tokyo Ghoul. He was 23 years old and was a programmer and an otaku, which is obvious considering he knew a lot of useless metaknowledge from various manga and anime. It just so happened that a certain external entity had suddenly fallen into the space he found himself in in the afterlife and now he was a young civilian boy who in just over 3 years would suffer trauma while enrolling in an academy specializing in killing people for money. Ironically enough money. But he needed to be strong in this world of power-hungry mad people who can capture giant, evil beasts at their leisure.

He was sitting in a comfortable position on his incredibly luxurious double bed and seemed focused on something. His serious expression was cute thanks to the childish face and the baby fat still present.

Ryu, or Hideki, didn't feel happy these days as his whole body ached from repetitive unsupervised exertion. After all, he wasn't the genius Itachi who trained alone most of the time and succeeded. Even though maybe Shisui is the cause of his expertise. Ryu sighed and left his former life behind. He was an orphan and had no lovers, therefore no emotional attachments. Aside from the job in the underworld and the convenience of the modern world, there wasn't much he would miss. That's because the external entity was powerful enough to not let the little one have any emotional attachment by using cold logic when giving more than dozens of tips. His dead family must have already reincarnated in the ancient universe he lived in so martyring himself so it was something he wasn't willing to do now...

Exercising with your little body was not a smart decision, regardless of the body's potential or defensive capabilities, more consideration was needed. 4 years old was not a suitable age to tense the body with extreme exercise and he found this in the most painful way.

What he needed to do now was train and train. His body shouldn't need a lot of training thanks to the fanalis constitution which was almost an Uzumaki variant with greater focus on the physique... he was almost like an Uzumaki-Senju, if you were to compare his body to someone in this world then it would be the best possible comparison. Anyway, since he shouldn't strain his body too much for now, Ryu decided to focus everything on his occlumency and meditation in order to further improve his spiritual energy. With his body it was obvious that his physical energy would be frightening, but the issue was spiritual energy.
