The scent was so delicious that Kong Pili and Kong Li gulped.
"What is this?" Kong Li asked while peering at the bottle of sauce in Yu Mai's hands. Her eyes were glittering. If not for the fact that it would be rude to snatch the sauce bottle from Yu Mai, she would have done so!
Even Kong Pili's eyes lit up when she saw the mushroom sauce that Yu Mai brought with him. She was however a bit more reserved than Kong Li as she did not rush over. Instead, she looked at the jar of sauce and questioned, "Is this sauce that your sister made? It smells really good."
Yu Mai smiled proudly and nodded. He replied, "Of course, this is something that my sister made. She is still working on the recipe which is why this sauce is not sold anywhere. You can never find a replica of this sauce in any town or city."
After he finished speaking, he didn't forget to add, "But don't fret, Mai always shares the good things with his friends."
