Oh crap!
I've become distracted!
I really need to start heading to the dorms now.
Exiting the corner, I started walking through the corridor.
Having a destination in mind, I navigated throughout the entire academy.
That day, people would begin to talk about a ghost like human who seemed to walk endlessly.
Not knowing that person was me, I obliviously continued walking.
After awhile, I found a staircase.
When I was about to climb up, I got interrupted by someone.
A boy who looked to be around my age was tapping my shoulder.
He had golden brown hair and was rather tall.
With extraordinarily skinny arms, I thought he was starving.
Saying nothing, I handed him a piece of bread that I picked up from the bakery while selling some wood.
He just looked at me and with a happy expression on his face, ate the bread.
Finishing the bread in mere seconds, he turned and looked at me before speaking.
"Uhm, are you lost?"
Confused, I stared at him before responding. ( From now on, when Hawthorne talks. I'll be using <> to show his speech. Normal people will have this symbol ". )
"Well you were just wandering everywhere."
"By the way, are you really a ghost?"
"Oh alright."
"So where are you going?"
"If that's all, I can gladly help you"
"No problem, I should at least do this much for the bread you gave me."
"All you have to do is continue up the staircase then turn right."
"Yeah."
"I'm honestly surprised you haven't found it yet considering almost every other place in school has been found by you."
I put my head down in embarrassment when he said that.
"Like I said, no need to thank me."
"Actually, what's your name?"
"Unique name."
"My name's Ikari Yakushoku."
Tilting my head in a confused manner, he seemed to notice my action.
Knowing this, he chuckled slightly before telling me.
"I don't come from this continent."
"I come from a place called Nichibotsu."
"I'm sure you would."
"It's got many beautiful sunset's."
Shaking his head as if to clear his head, he said.
"Anyway, it's getting late."
"I'll be heading back to my room."
"Goodbye."
