"The woman is pregnant," Shadow said, making Lucas's eyes widen.
"Pregnant?" Lucas asked, disbelievingly.
Luis will be shocked after hearing what Shadow said. He remembers that the autopsy results said that the woman was pregnant and had lost her womb.
Yeah, she is pregnant. What? You don't believe me? Didn't you find anything strange about the corpse? " Shadow asked.
Lucas nodded. "B-but why did you do that?" Lucas asked.
"I needed to get the fetus out of the womb so that it wouldn't die. If I don't do anything, it will die. " Shadow said. "And I can't let that happen."
Lucas frowns, looking towards Shadow. Can she do that? It sounded like she was talking rubbish. For Lucas, a fetus that is out of its mother's womb will die. How could the girl in front of him say that she wanted to save the fetus? Is it possible? Saving a fetus without a womb? He still doesn't completely believe her.
How could you say that? It's obvious that when a fetus is out, it will die. It's just like having an abortion. "
Shadow can only let out a long sigh. Maybe the man in front of him right now won't understand if she explains everything she knows.
"It's possible if I'm the one who does it," Shadow said.
"That doesn't make sense. Even a doctor won't be able to do that. " "Lucas said
"Hm, a doctor might not be able to, but I'm a scientist," Shadow said, making Lucas surprised.

"Huh, I know that you don't believe everything that I said, but it's the truth. You've even seen how my vehicle can move from one place to another in just a few seconds. Doesn't that prove that I'm able to do things that normal people can't? " Shadow asked, making Lucas silent.
"Ok, fine. Let's say that you can do that. Then why didn't you know before killing her that she was-"
How am I supposed to know whether someone is pregnant or not without giving her a medical check-up? You think that I'm some kind of fortune-teller or psychic? " Shadow said, making Lucas unable to retort again. What's so hard about believing what I said? I wasn't lying to you. " "Shadow said again."
She sat down and crossed her arms in front of her chest. She was my target, but someone killed her before I was able to and faked the crime scene so that it seemed that I killed her. But I didn't. Maybe someone wanted me to be blamed as the murderer and they succeeded. You guys believe that I killed her? Anyways, I won't kill someone who isn't my target. " Shadow said this calmly.
Lucas frowns. How could there be an assassin who still cares about people's lives?
"After you took it, what did you do with it? Is the fetus dead? Where did you put it? " Lucas asked curiously. He wanted to know what happened to the fetus that Shadow took.
The fetus? I took it to my laboratory. It is in stable condition. The medical technology at my hospital can't let her live for too long, so I took her to my lab. " Shadow said while smiling as if she had saved the fetus that was inside of the woman's womb.
Laboratory? You've got one? Did you know that only a scientist can have a lab and the government has to know about it?
I don't have it. I don't believe the government. Besides, many only want money. " Shadow said. "The reason that I can conclude that maybe the man knows about the girl's pregnancy," Shadow said again.
Shadow looks at Lucas, who is sitting in front of him. The man still can't accept what she just said. She can't explain everything in a short time, and what she says sounds impossible anyway.
"I'll bring you to see the fetus," Shadow said again. Shadow said with a smile.
Indeed, Lucas doesn't believe what she said. That's why he wants to see the condition of the fetus that Shadow told him about.

He is surrounded by the wilderness, dark and silent. Only the nightlife can be heard. The sound of owls can be heard once or twice. It is a place that is far from crowded. The house is only lit by a lamp and a few candles. The romantic feeling with the dim light leaves a charming impression.

Huft! Lucas immediately let out a long sigh. He didn't expect that he would get a threat and have someone point a knife at him.
The woman is much more cautious than he thought. It made him smile a little. "Shadow isn't someone who can be conquered easily.
"Is that her reflex?" he asked.
