Chapter 16 - CHAPTER 15

All the pastor said annoyed him all through the service because he was seated besides her. He didn't want to be seated this close to the beautiful snake called Debby who regarded him as an impotent fellow.

PRINCE ADEBOLA ADEDOTUN CHRISTOPHER!!!!! a 31 year old hunk of a man that ladies are dying for.  He had been with actresses, models, swim suits divas all outside Nigeria and this poor accountant of a girl calls him weak ass because her stupid fiancee which she idolizes, that is dead.

A man that was not even up to his standard, a man beneath him, they were not in the same class, yet she regarded Marcus as a king and himself as a peasant. He had never felt so humiliated in all his life.. She called him a baby who cries with a pencil like size of penis. What in the world gave her that notion. He felt like stripping her naked and bedding her senseless to prove he was more than a man. He was breakfast, lunch and dinner all wrapped in one piece. His head felt like it was on fire and he saw the colour red, every where he gazed at.

He was beyond mortified with rage and shame that he could not even look at her eyes whenever she tries to make a conversation. The deceit was just too unbearable for him. He had mistook her quietness for naiveness. What a woman indeed!

After the service, he asked the driver to drop her home without any explanation to her, as he drove to his office calling Fred to meet him there while he was on the way. He did not want to be in the same space with the pretentious hypocrite he married as a wife! God knew he was pained. She did not protest but obediently went in the direction of the car waiting for her. She was probably imagining her dead fiancee of a man. How can he compete with a dead boy for her affection?!!

It was Sunday and Fred wondered why Ade would ask to see him. It was very unlike him to call, sounding nervous and furious at the same time. He has known Adebola since they were young teenagers in London. Their parents had migrated down the United Kingdom to start better systems of living for their children. He drove straight to Adebola's office and met the premises empty which he had expected as today was Sunday.

Entering the office, he was alarmed as Adebola buried his head on his desk but raised it to look at him with his eyes so red. He locked the door behind him and gazed at his best friend with a worried expression.

"I know you don't drink so what is the matter? Why are your eyes so red" Fred asked his friend.

"It's my wife Debby." Ade replied.

"Less than 24 hours of marriage, Adebola you are complaining. We have been married for eight years, yet no emergency complaints. What did you do Ade " Fred asked.

"See it's not my fault." He defended.

"Whose fault is it and What happened?" Fred demanded again.

"You need to hear the things this girl said about me. A whole me! A full fledged man, Impotent wit two inches penis"

"Calm down Ade! You are too furious". Fred said walking towards him. "Tell me everything from the beginning."

Adebola told him of the request to stay in same room and all that happened with the unconscious Debby to her conversation with her friend, mentioning word for word everything she said and Fred bursted into uncontrollable laughter.

"What is Funny Fred? Are you crazy? Are you here to mock me too?'

"My friend calm down. I like that girl and to tell you the truth, she is being very honest." Fred added

"What? Honest About my manhood or personality? Which one Fred" He shouted.

"What do you expect from a girl who you asked to marry and no sex involved in the contract. What do you expect her to think?" Fred asked him

"I said no sex because I don't want complications" Ade defended

"Calm down, let me finish." Fred stated.

"Debby has experienced true love and to her, Marcus is the highest! The standard and the best man ever! You on the other hand, cares only about money, you have probably displayed temper tantrums before her which she interprete as being weak ass" He laughed again.

"I work hard and concentrate only on my work, because I don't want to be broke and you know it's true. Am not hiding my sexuality under the umbrella of being busy or saving my business. I want to make money because I simply want to make money" Adebola explained.

"But Debby is telling you now that there is more to life than money. You are just hurt because you found Maureen cheating after she stole your 250 million. Wake up Bro, It's been 6 long years" Fred attacked Adebola. "That is not true and even if it is, you can be rest assured that I can never forget it. The pain is still right here on my chest." Adebola shouted remembering the worse woman on earth.

"I know you went through hell but There is more to life than financial dominion. There is affection, friendship and good sex. See my friend, there is no need getting angry. You can change her impression about you before her friend starts calling you 2 inch guy"

"Oh my God, you find this annoying humiliation funny right Fred? I never wanted this kind of drama." Adebola rubbed his head.

"My Friend, there is no drama here. Just show her, you know what is  love too, you are not naive or weak ass as she thinks." Fred bursted into laughter again

"I kind of like the girl if you ask me, she looks quiet, calm, homely then again, she can abuse you for Africa." Fred added laughing.

"I swear, she is an enigma. I couldn't believe she sees me as immature and pathetic. She pretends to be scared of me when I talk not knowing she doesn't even care, but You know what Fred?, I will show her" Adebola boasted.

"You have started again Ade. This is not war. This is a marital relationship between you and someone who is doing you a favour!!! These are simply are opinions about you which you alone can change." Fred exclaimed in frustration.

"Calm down Fred, I will make Debby fall deeply in love with me." Adebola said smiling mischievously.

"Hey! Don't play with her heart my guy. That's not good at all. That is not what a gentleman would do by any standards at all." Fred cautioned.

"Oh please relax, I will make her know that I am more than those horrible adjectives she used in describing before going back to our original plan. I want to show her that the small love she saw from her broke ass boyfriend is nothing compared to what I know" Adebola declared.

"Don't just break her heart. She doesn't deserve it" Fred warned again.

"That girl does not have a heart Fred. She is a stone cold and foul mouthed bitch who wants to pray for me and tolerate my presence". Adebola said angrily to Fred who started laughing.

"She didn't mean that, I mean She just came to that conclusion probably because you couldn't pick anyone else but her for a quick marriage" Fred explained.

"Which she ought to be grateful for and speak well of me. Instead she thinks am a scared little girl who doesn't know anything." Adebola stated painfully.

"For Christ sake, you eavesdropped on a private conversation which is very bad." Fred said to him.

"Do you know this girl actually imagined her late fiancee while we kissed at the wedding, hence the reason she held my neck. Is there not painful? Like am I not man enough?" Adebola asked.

"You won't blame her, like I said he was her standard and she knows nothing else. Besides he is late, so you wouldn't blame her imagination" Fred defended Debby once again.

"Which standard, which stupid imagination? that's called cheating you know" Adebola asked.

"Which cheating Ade? Please don't make me laugh. That girl is doing you a favour. Be grateful, your investors are flooding down to this responsible move that you made. They are sure you wouldn't abscond with their money on a ship cruise" Fred pointed out.

"Yeah that is one good thing from this union" Adebola said calmly for the first time since his friend arrived.

"So enjoy it and stop whining Ade"

"I am not whining but don't worry Fred".

It was game on for Adebola with a new game plan. Seduce and devour Debby!
