The darkness was shattered by the eerie sounds of unknown creatures, and the rustling of leaves and snapping of twigs under the Knights's feet as they ventured deeper into the forest, one carrying the unconscious Kira, while the other followed right behind. Her limp body swung precariously, her head and limbs bouncing with each step, causing branches and twigs to scratch her skin and leave trails of blood on the ground. As Kira regained consciousness, she assessed her situation,
her heavy eyelids struggling to stay open. She spotted the vague figure of the
Knight holding her, and her heart raced with fear. But she knew she had to conserve her strength and wait for the perfect moment to escape.
With partner moving distances away to secure their area,The Knight finally stopped and dropped Kira to the ground, loosening his rope to tie her to a tree .As he approached her, Kira seized her chance, using a stone and a sharp-edged twig to attack him. The Knight screamed
in agony, clutching his eye, and Kira took advantage of the distraction to untie her legs and flee into the forest.
"You brat! when I get you,you are going to regret being born" The Knight's threats and curses echoed behind her as she ran in an opposite direction from the knight's partner route, her tiny unstable feet causing her to fall and injure herself. But she refused to stop, driven by the fear of being caught and killed. She eventually reached a crossroads and took a path without thinking, her running finally halting when she tripped over a tree root. As she stood up, she heard rustling noises and retreated quietly, only to be grabbed by her hair by the Knight.
"Found you" He snickered wickedly, forcing her to bend backwards, and Kira's hatred for the knight and her situation boiled over.
The Knight dragged her by her hair, ignoring her resistance and cries, until they reached a point where he had initially intended to leave
her as prey for the forest creatures. But Kira's defiance had changed his mind,
and he now intended to finish her off himself.
In desperation, Kira screamed at the top of her lungs, attracting the attention of the very creatures she had hoped would save her.
"oi!, what do you think your doing, shut up before I make you"
The Knight tried to silence her, but she bit his hand and continued screaming,
her cries echoing through the forest and drawing the creatures closer.
Scaling through the forest, the knight partner was covering their track, a rustle by side attracted his attention before he could toward it, he heard the rustle by his other side,then behind then in front, what was lurking in the forest was fast. taking his sword from his sword gauge, setting himself in a defensive position ready for an attack. he felt gush of hot breath behind with a grogging sound of canine jaws widening, the partner petrified turned slowly to view what was behind him. the creature lunched at him putting it's jaw to good use.
The knight dealing with kira's resistance suddenly a loud cries of his partner calling out for help, screaming in agony like something was tearing at him, Both the knight and Kira shruddered in terror but Kira immediately took it a hope to finally escape her captive,the noise went on for a minute before eventually dying down. it was evident that what attacked the knight partner was done devouring him. Silence only remained which ate the knight making him to become more pararnoid, he just wanted to be done with what he was ordered to do, Kira noticing the knight's demenor, took the opportunity to remove his hand from her mouth by biting, sinking teeth, drawing blood in the process, causing the knight to remove his hand, grunting in pain, immediately delivering a blow the kira's head, disorientating her, then drew his sword quickly when he heard the rustling becoming fast and the noise coming closer indicating the the creatures were coming in fast. With her head spinning, Kira lost stability making her kneel on her knees.
In a defensive position, the knight readied himself where he thought the creative is more liable to come out. leaping out from forest bushes, stood massive hideous creatures on all fours with blood stains on them. the knight shivered in terror as he stood face to face with these creatures as they growled with saliva dripping down their disfigured canine teeth,despite some distance between them, the creatures were staring down at the knight, ready to slaughter him. Because of his close distance to Kira's position. His body overshadowed Kira's petite figure blocking the creature view, with himself the point of attention for the creatures hungry eyes. Shaking off her dissiness, she was instantly called back to reality by the growls and the thick air of blood thirst. peeping from behind the knight, shivers shot through her core at she stared at the monstrosity before them in fear and awe, not one, not two but four huge creatures she had never seen before or read about. then looked up to see the knight sweating, hands shaking profusely while holding up his sword pointing it back and fought at the creatures.
Using the situation to her advantage, Kira positioned herself toward the opposite part from the knight and creatures, with adrenaline cursing through her, she took off, sprinting, this not going unnoticed, alerted the creatures and the knight.
"Hey!"
The knight shouted taking off after her, as did the creatures after the knight and the cycle of race for survival began on a line on which life hang loosely. The creatures gaining on fast closing the distance between the knight and he did with kira.
Freedom finally at the palms of hand. or was it?. A sudden, jarring sensation seized her chest.
Her heartbeat, which had been racing with excitement, now thundered in her ears like a drum. It was as if her heart had grown wings and was flapping wildly, trying to break free from her ribcage. She gasped, her breath catching in her throat.The poison, which had been coursing through her veins for the past hour, finally reached the last stage, totally corroding her. The forest view blurred in her eyes. the adrenaline in her was diminishing, her speed reducing as her body threatening to collapse at the very minute, she thought to herself.
'I...I...I am almost there, please! not now, not like this!, just a little more and I will be free. I need a little more time and it will be over. Out from very the path she was running to, another one of the creatures leaped out, aiming for Kira . its body forming an arc In air. the knight closing up the distance between him and kira as did creature.
sparing a glance, her eyes met the black orbs of the creature ready to pounce on her, but it didn't deter her, running directly at the creature. but as she was about to take the next step , her body rose from the ground, a sudden, searing pain exploded in her chest. She felt a cold, metallic blade slice through her flesh, her heart seemed to shudder to a stop. She gasped, her eyes wide with shock, as she felt the sword's blade pierce her very soul.
splatter of blood sprayed and gushed of her pierced chest in all direction, some flowing out of her mouth.
