For the past month's Von spent all his time accompanying his mother and used his spare time to comprehend the Rule of Law, Law of Space. He successfully comprehended and familiarized himself with the Law of Space with the help of the System. The Law of Space took two months to comprehend which was made easier by his Chaos Physique and after he was successful he started to comprehend his own Rule of Law. He was comprehending one of the unique Rule of Law, the Law Of Absolute Dominance. Even the System couldn't help but praise him as this particular Rule of Law aligned with his path of becoming a Sword Paragon. Though he had been doing all these never had he forgot to accompany and take care of his mothers daily needs. His mother couldn't help but praise him for being filial.

Von was really pleased with what he saw and he had long asked the System to block the three passive abilities as he had always wanted to keep a low profile. He was suddenly alarmed by the chaos outside caused by maids as they rushed towards his mother's courtyard. Von immediately took off to see what wa happening and the moment he reached his mother's courtyard he froze!. "It couldn't be happening right, no no no" mutted Von as he made way into his mother's room.
When he entered the room he saw the mother that had always taken care of him lying on her bed. Though she was on her last breath she seemed rather peaceful with a slight smile across her face. When she saw him she started crying, how could he not understand those pitiful eyes that had a lingering look of unwillness.
She said softly "Von my son, Mother will always love you, sob sob forgive mother for being incompetent, i am sorry! I am sorry! Mother and Father failed you" and she cried blaming herself for failing to properly rasie her child.
Von's heart immediately softened and a piercing pain ran through his soul and went to hug his mother and softly said "Thank you mother, now go and rest for you have done enough already by sacrificing your life by making sure you gave birth to me. Father is waiting mother and when you see him tell him to just watch!! As i become Invincible!! I love you mother, i truelly love you" as he spoke tears slowly fell from his eyes.
"Thank you Von my beloved son, i don't know what i did to deserve a child like you" as she spoke she took out a necklace with two rings and slowly placed it around his neck. "This is your final gift from both your Mother and Father".
She looked at him and gave him the most beautiful smile in the whole world, it seemed as if flower's blossomed at that moment as he smile could probably shine throughout the realms. ". I will. always. love. you" and Von just watched as the most beautiful flower withered. His mother slowly slid off his arms and laid listless on her bed with a smile falling into the hands of death.
He couldn't hold it anymore and screamed his heart out, he wailed and cried as if the heavens could feel his sorrow clouds gathered and thunder rumbled in the sky bringing about a great feeling of sorrow to all beings. Immediately the courtyard was in huge turmoil as the death of their Miss spread throughout the clan.
His mother's body was moved and buried in the clans Ancestral Burial grounds and throughout the whole process he just stood in his mother's room unmoving and his eyes devoid of any signs of life. They tried their best to console him but it didn't help and they gave up as everyone had their ways of dealing with grief.
A month passed and he just stood there and after a week he finally woke up from his grief. He had changed his body was now thin and malnourished. Bad rumors had began to spread throughout the clan about him and when he came out of his mother's courtyard people looked at him in and pointed their fingers at him and whispered to one another.
"Look, look isn't that the trash young master"
"The greatest shame of our clan he should just go die! Spit"
"I heard he has been crying in his mother's room, bet he would be kicked off the clan for good during the Age of Coming ceremony now that he has lost the reason why he was still kept in the clan"
Even though he had all these he just ignored it and at this time slowly his mindset changed, his usually calm countenance became ice cold. He had spent the whole month mourning for his mother. Right now he had become a new and different person.
