Isagani cleverly plotted Rico into the picture, Anna thought. He knew exactly where to hit her where it counts, knowing how she would react just by hearing her boyfriend's name makes Isagani a formidable opponent when opposed. He knew who to kill if she decided to betray him.
She feared for Rico's life. She never imagined Isagani using that leverage against her. Who knows? He might try and use it to command him to do his bidding, or worse… face her fate.
