The jagged and cold rocks that Ki had gripped onto were enough to cause others hands to freeze and to be covered in cuts but her hands remained without damage during her climb.
She was hanging on as her body was pulled up even the most difficult parts of the mountain.
Her hand touched the edge of one of the higher up flat surfaces and she had pulled herself up carefully before sitting on the cold and damp ground.
Her breathing had been slightly faster than before which showed that she had been a little tired from her climb but her breathing eventually stabilised.
Once she had recovered from her climb, Ki had climbed up onto her feet and walked into the cold fog closer to the middle of the mountain that would take her further towards the top.
After walking around it along the safer areas where the ground could be walked upon, she had located an opening in the mountain.
It was a tight fit for Ki to squeeze her body into but it was enough for her to get through the most narrow part of the cave.
It was dark, cold and damp inside while the space available was still quite narrow and the ceiling above was very low.
Ki had to lower her body once she had gained entry and found a place to sit down.
She waved her hand for a moment and brought her finger up towards her eyelid, the black beauty mark under her eyelid had moved suddenly before glowing red.
The mark that had the red glow come from it had suddenly transformed as a white Silk Moth had appeared over the mark.
It flapped its wings and flew onto the finger of Ki before flying towards the entrance where there were all kinds of jagged pieces of rock that were sticking out and some created some slight openings.
A very thin and almost see through thread had been released from the Silk Moth that flew around where it had travelled before getting caught on different parts of the entrance to the cave that Ki had entered.
Some silk threads had crossed over other silk threads while some had formed a single thread that travelled from one side to the other.
Each of the threads were connected as one and were loosely hung there until the Silk Moth had stopped releasing the thread and then the line had tightened once it was fully secure to the entrance to the cave.
The end of the silk was cut off from the Silk Moth which seemed to be unable to produce more and its movements were becoming slower due to its environment.
It flapped its small wings as it flew back towards Ki to land on her finger before being surrounded by a red glow once again as it was brought closer to the beauty mark under the eyelid of Ki.
The breathing of Ki had become steady and she had entered a better mental state after some quiet meditation.
The runic patterns beneath her clothing had begun to appear once again and started to glow a blood red colour which had glowed beneath her robes enough for them to still be noticed by others even if she had kept them under less revealing clothes.
The runic patterns could be hidden by using high neck and long sleeve clothing that had one or more layers but it could not completely conceal the effects that happened once they had activated.
A bloody red light appeared in the pupils of Ki and she started to use her blood mystic arts to release the blood within her own body which was sent towards her pseudo blood dantain.
The blood was slowly being refined by her as it circulated through her body with each breath that she had taken but that was not all that had happened.
Once her body was circulating that blood, there was some traces of poison that were left from the more tainted sources of blood that Ki had gained in the past which had caused the original collection to be further tainted over the time that had passed.
The poison dantain had kept circulating along with the breathing pattern of Ki as the two worked together all at once, the left over poison that was not refined into her pseudo blood dantain was picked up and was refined into her poison dantain.
The blood qi within the body of Ki was catching up to the poison qi at a rapid rate until it had suddenly started to travel down towards the poison dantain from the pseudo blood dantain.
Just like water nourishing a growing plant, the blood qi started to aid the growth of the poison qi at a steady pace so that the poison qi would not be overwhelmed by too much nourishment before being drowned in the blood qi.
The long time that both energies were refined and suppressed to their absolute limit had allowed a higher degree of purity in her qi and it had caused her to be on the edge of a breakthrough for a long time.
The slightest bit of stimulation and a lack of suppressing herself from breaking through would have let her break through to the next realm naturally.
The wall was in front of Ki that had been a major obstacle for her for years but it was slowly beginning to come crashing down.
Her calm mental state was slowly brought into a deeper realm of meditation and her body had entered a breakthrough state.
Just as the wall was about to be broken past with each violent wave of qi that was sent towards it, her mind was slowly being pulled away towards a much deeper state and she then found herself surrounded by darkness where there were mixtures of white, pink and red mists floating around.
Ki had looked around the space that seemed like a complete void of darkness that was mixed with some other types of energy then she had spoke up. "I am back here again. Are you coming out?"
