A small girl ran through the crowds. Her hand clutched flowers of a different kind. Her small bare feet were dirty as she ran on the road. Her eyes had a brief flash of urgency.
Then she finally came to a stop. She was huffing. She took a few big breaths before calming herself down. She held out her hand and shouted as loudly as her lungs allowed her.
"Big...Big sister...Thank You for saving my mom and dad!!!"
Her small hands quivered a little as the people around them stared at her. Her face flushed red from all the gazes on her. But all of them had a kind smile on their face as they watched her.
A hand gently held the small girl's hand. The small girl looked up.
A woman with silver-coloured hair. Her hairs were long and let out freely. She bent forward and kneeled to the small girl's level. The small sparkly eyes caught the tender but cold and golden eyes.
The woman took the flowers and caressed the head of the small girl and said,
"It's fine."
