Vice chancellor of the university was under attack it was bad for the reputation of the mayor as well As for the security of the state. because central government could have taken notice over that thing and mayor could have been held answerable.
Mayor got a phone call from the secretary of defence. he asked him about the health of his son and he asked him about what is the situation right now?
" should we enforce some sort of curfew or not?" defence secretary asked
but mayor said that situation is under control. Terrorist shall be taken down and they won't be spared. Consequently they shall be prosecuted soon.
Security of defence was satisfied by this explanation of the mayor. he told him to take care of each and everything around. otherwise he would be paying some sort of visit.
Mayor asked him not to worry about and he hung up the phone. Frederick was unconscious. Blood drip was attached to his arm. Steven went to the doctor an asked when Frederick is going to return to his active state.
The doctor said that it would take him two to three hours to get back to his normal position. then mayor asked that how much he's got hurt. doctor said that he has been fired but the shot has just crossed him without harming him. And fortunately he hasn't got that much hurt as it was expected in that big of the terrorist attack.
meanwhile Stephen also asked the doctor that weather all other wounded people are going to get well soon or not. and doctors said that I cannot say anything about them.
"Well! the people who were really injured and who needed intense care, they are on their way to the hospitals and they would be taken care in there. but the people who were mildly injured and who might be hurt slightly, they are just residing inside this medical camp. It was being told to all the people in the premises there is a city emergency around.
There were other people alongside the Stephens. one of them started talking to Stephen. these people were from his office and Stephen was working in collaboration with these people. one of them asked that
"Stephen! do you think that this attack was meant to be or do you think that there are conspiracies behind the attack."
Steven said :"we should not talk about this matter in public . we need to be at some other secure premises in order to discuss this thing. "Next person said:
" Stephen! I'm glad that your son didn't get hurt and he's not going to die soon then that person looked stupid to Stephen.
Stephen looked at him with some sort of anger. he said that he couldn't die just because some tiny terrorists have attacked him. he said "my son is the vice chancellor of the university and university needs him, the students of the university needs him and he would get along. he would carry all the programmes of the university and you will see that he would get better in just few hours."
Stephen was really emotional. But he said
" I don't think so it was a conspiracy. it was meant to be like that and I firmly believe that it was destiny."
That person didn't say anything but after some pause, he said
" Stephen! you must know that terrorism is never the destiny of human race. it's been made our destiny just because there are some insensitive people in power and they want to turn the tables around by the mere indication of their eye."
Meanwhile, Stephen saw a girl who was talking to the journalist. she was giving her opinion over the terrorist attack.
Journalist said that "Madam! do you think that you have seen the face of the terrorist?"
The girl replied ;
" yes I think I have"
the journalist was so shocked at this sort of claim and confession. he asked police officers to come over and when those police officers arrive at the scene that girl told them that he has seen the face of the terrorist. police officer said:
" would you like to accompany us to the police station so that we can take more information regarding the terrorist"
and that girl said that" surely! I will make sure that terrorist get arrested and prosecuted according to the law."
Jack was meeting that person who was a strange Person, who said that Maria knew that he was important person in her life. Jack couldn't grasp at the moment that how important he was in the life of Maria.
"what was nature of the relationship you had with Maria" jack asked him
"I had affectionate relationship with Maria and she considered me his daddy"
Jack could not understand the purpose of that and he asked why would she call you her daddy.
That person said " because I was nice to him and she was all alone in this world and I had no one left for me so we were holding up each other"
Jack was watching the face of the man .he still was not able to understand the purpose of meeting and telling him that he and Maria were closely related to each other.
"Ok, what do you want from me? Jack asked in nothingness.
"I want you to come along with me." That person said
"Why would I do this on the earth, to come with you? Beside that I m being jailed and I don't know how to break the prison, though." Jack said
" I am aware of the fact that you are prisoned, that's why I m meeting you today. I want to bail you out"
This thing surprised jack a lot. He asked him
"What's your motive of doing such thing? What do you want from me once I have been freed?"
That man was about to reply but the cop arrived there. He said to both of them
"meeting time has been over, you guys should go back to your places."
He tried to pick up jack from his seat but jack frowned at him. He said
"I know my way to the prison, do not need you show me the road"
Jack left the hall but before that he left, the man gave him a piece of paper secretly in to his palm.
That strange man said " I shall meet you soon."
