Memphis is a small city in Tennessee where unemployment rate is high. Due to this rate of unemployment gang bangers and drug dealers tend to own the small city. Rappers like pooh sheisty , big 30 and others are one of the commonly known musicians who have a gang(choppa gang)who have a high rate of gang banging. Authority in this types of area tend to put things outside the book thus playing along with the gang bangers. It is believed that the most dangerous person in the world came from Memphis (theoretically not yet proven)buh as a result Memphis has had a high case of drug abuse, shooting, and trafficking.
