Before Collin took Roxanne and Livia to Cora's house, he told her, "Prepare the fast-acting heart-saving pill."
Cora scolded him.
When Collin introduced Livia to Cora that she was her granddaughter, Cora collapsed on the sofa, and Mike hurriedly went to the room to look for the fast-acting heart-saving pill.
Cora was just shocked. She did not need to take the medicine, but her hands and feet were so feeble that they couldn't support her. She looked at Livia in disbelief, but her son did not look like he was joking. She began to look at Livia seriously and could vaguely see that Collin and she bore a little resemblance.
"Granddaughter?" Cora didn't believe him. "How could she be my granddaughter? Collin, are you lying to me?"
Collin took Roxanne to Cora's front and said, "You don't believe me, but you should at least believe her."
It was only now that Cora saw Roxanne whom she felt slightly familiar.
