Little White Tiger was like a little puppy that had found its owner ever since Maezhei had come. He let Maezhei lead him to the sofa obediently.
Seeing this, Zifan was, again, speechless, "Just like that?"
Zifan rubbed his eyes in case he is just seeing things.
Both of them doesn't listen to anyone but they actually listen to Maezhei who they have known for just a short period of time?!
Maezhei lightly caressed Little White Tiger's head, "What happened? Why is Little White causing a ruckus?"
Zifan puffed up. "What else could the problem be? Little White Tiger misses and was looking for you but my brother didn't allow him. So, that resulted in Little White Tiger causing a ruckus, running around and breaking things. He even destroy my favorite car!"
After saying that, Zifan pointed the latest Bugatti sports car outside that was disfigure.
The car he pointed was the newest sports car and the most expensive one, the Bugatti Divo that was originally retailed at 20 million dollars, but because no one was selling it, people were willing to buy it even at 30 million dollars.
Maezhei's eyes widened.
There were only twenty of that sports car model in the world. One could say that it was impossible to get one's hands on it.
Maezhei looked at the white tiger on her feet who was the culprit of destroying the car but upon seeing his peaceful face her heart softened. She will just give her sympathy to Zifan.
"And did you know? He did the same thing yesterday! I have replaced the things he destroyed the last time but now I have to do it again?!" Zifan added.
Maezhei then realized something, "Wait--- what did you just say? This happened because he wanted to see me?"
Maezhei found the explanation a little hard to believe. Maybe Zifan was just bluffing because why is Little White Tiger looking for her?
"What do you think? You're seriously underestimating your influence. Both Little White Tiger and my bro---"
"Zifan," Before he could continue what he was saying, a cold voice resounded behind him.
"Okay. I will shut up now." Zifan coughed after getting his brother's warning.
But seeing that Maezhei still just wouldn't understand, he whispered and explained to her, "That day in the Restaurant when you were shot by a gun, Little White Tiger wouldn't let anyone near you. In the end, my brother had to personally carry you to the hospital!"
"Zifan!"
As if an instinct, Zifan went behind Maezhei and try to hide himself to his brother's glare.
But Maezhei was so shocked when she heard his explanation. The impact of Zifan's words was too much, it took Maezhei a long time to digest them.
Zake Deguzs personally carried me to the hospital? This cold hearted man? - she asked herself in disbelief.
When Zake saw how close his younger brother to Maezhei, he threateningly glared at him and pulled him away to her.
Zifan was shocked when he was suddenly pulled away but when he saw his brother's dark expression, he immediately pulled away to his tight hold on his arm and run behind the door.
That hurts! He gripped my hands as if he wanted to break it! Huhu. - Zifan cried inside while rubbing his arm up and down.
Maezhei looked at Snowy who has his eyes closed already while on her feet and not letting her go.
Maezhei waited for a few minutes to make sure that Snowy was already sleeping before she slowly remove her feet that he was hugging.
When Zake noticed it, he went closer to her and helped her lifted Snowy.
The coolness of his skin lightly grazing hers and give her a shock which engraved itself into her heart. They stared each other for a while.
Zifan had been leaning against the door and almost fell when he saw them staring at each other.
"Cough," he coughed exaggeratedly.
Maezhei went back to her senses and quickly avoid his intense gaze.
S*ht. Maezhei, what the heck? - she scolded herself.
Zake casually tossed a glance over his brother.
Zifan immediately stood up straight out of fright. His brother was too petty!
"Were you nearby?" Zake asked Maezhei.
Otherwise how could she have gotten here so quickly? - Zake thought.
"No. I was in Royale Hotel. I sped over here using my motorbike! Fast, right?" Maezhei felt proud.
No wonder she was dressed like that.
Her outfit today was even more stunning than the other day's. She was dressed like a conservative spirit, but today she was wild and a free demoness.
"That's very dangerous." Zake's expression was full of disapproval. His gaze becoming even icier as he glanced at Zifan, who had been the one to call her to come.
"Not at all! I'm good at riding!" Maezhei waved her hand in protest, and then yawned. She slept late last night to review her script and now she's sleepy already.
Zifan coughed so hard upon hearing her words but he was just ignored by the both of them.
"Since Little White Tiger is fine, I'll be leaving then!" Maezhei added. She needs to sleep early today.
But when she was about to leave Zake suddenly spoke, "Miss Dayone, I have a little request."
Maezhei felt nervous all of a sudden.

Maezhei preached him a while ago! She doesn't know why she said those words to him! The Deguzs family was very powerful in both respectable and underground circles. The Devil King was someone who could attack at a single word he didn't like.

He's been part of the Deguzs family for over one decade. And we've been looking for someone who can control and take care of him. Right now, it seems that you are the only one who can console him. So, I hope that Miss Dayone can live with us temporarily for that period of time."
Maezhei was stunned after hearing the Devil King's request. "Huh...? Move here... to stay?" she hesitated.
"Whoa! Big bro! That was the longest words you've ever said!" Zifan interjected in their conversation.
"105 words! You actually break your record of 10 words per reply!"
But Zake did not mind his brother as he answered Maezhei, "You could say that."
Zake's words did not sink in on her yet. Maezhei scratched her head feeling awkward, "This... isn't this too inappropriate? If Little White wanted to see me, I can come over here at any time!"
Zake appeared tired as he rubbed his forehead. "There are too many unpredictable factors involved here. Especially if at night there was an emergency situation, it would be too dangerous for you to speed over here again. And because of my position, it's not convenient to keep taking Little White Tiger over to see you. Also, he's not just a domesticated cat that I could bring anywhere I want. People will be scared if they'll see him."
Afraid of Snowy or afraid of you? If I were them, I'll be more scared of the owner. - Maezhei thought.
"I know this is a troublesome request, but I hope you can agree to it."
