"You know, Usagi, you're really mysterious. You appeared like the Moon God does before the selfless and cunning rabbit in my storybook!" The child chimed, her dimples looked like holes at the edge of her lips. In a forest filled with nothing but green and bees, she hummed a song so silly yet tragic.
"You know, the rabbit once she dies she sings a song for the Moon God that appraised her for her selflessness and lovely energetic nature! It's what my daddy told me!" Usagi looked up from her small rabbit form and nodded.
"You know Usagi sometimes I feel like you can understand me-- Daddy says I'm crazy, but, I don't think I am." She looked at usagi happily, patting her soft and furry head, it was so small you could cup it in the hand of a child.
"Do you want to hear her song?" She asked Usagi, her panda shaped braids fell from their neat arrange and cascaded over her small shoulders, dressed in beige clothing so fitting of her small chubby face and happy nature.
'Of course I want to hear it! You always talk about it! I want to listen to it too!!!' Usagi's eyes shimmered in the night, they were comparable to the stars is what the child thought. She smiled and nodded, "Lost in your starry gaze, liking your every tune, Heart and Mind crazy for you, Your touch so warm and kind~ hm hm hm hm Mmmm Hm Hm~" She hummed, "That's the only part I know-- Daddy said that the rest of the song is forbidden because it's the recital of Sacrifice of the Soul."
'WHAT?! BUT I WANNA HEAR THE REST OF ITT!!! NOOOO!!!' Usagi squinted shaking the child's leg, "You know Usagi, I never told you my name, and you barely know anything about me, I've killed people before. I thought animals could see the good and bad in the souls of humans," She rehearsed almost as if it were a verse she kept repeating inside her head.
"But I'm glad you're my friend. You're my only friend because daddy won't let me have human friends, is it so strange to want to meet children your age? Is it also strange that I'm talking to a rabbit?" She giggled with a disgusted face.
Usagi slapped her thigh leaving scratches behind, "Oww!"
'oh no...I'm so sorry! I didn't mean to!' Usagi looked around for medicinal herbs and found a green plant with healing capabilities. "This is..! it's the Sunkiss plant! it's the rarest find-- It's a legendary herb only found within the paws of the highest ranking Serenity Beasts!" She whispered loudly, but as the saying goes, the walls have eyes and ears.

"Huh?"
"Watch out!" The small petite child threw herself over usagi with daggers to protect her from the attack of an ice mage, "Oh? What do we have here? A rabbit with black fur? Now that's a rare find!"
"Who are you?" She stood up again, Usagi shook in fear as she hid behind the small child. "Oh my gosh she's not even running away! What a neatly tamed beast! Why don't we just groom it for a while instead? Keep it as the Master's pet?" The Ice Mage suggested to her comrade.
"I will never hand over Usagi to you!"
"Child, that is not for you to decide..."

"D-Daddy..?!" A man with long dark hair and a scruffy beard popped up out of nowhere, he removed his hood and revealed his true nature. "Teddy, let go of that rabbit and just hand it over. Don't complicate things for us here," He suggested with a threatening tone, Usagi noticed her shaking.
'Teddy...' Usagi worried as she stood up and prepared to hand herself over, the girl named 'Teddy' picked usagi up and held a dagger to her throat.
"I'm the one who will get her spirit stone and no one else!" She declared menacingly, the small child with auburn hair and green jade eyes so round and nice. Usagi shivered feeling betrayed by the only friend she had.
'Mama was right...humans do not change. Their greed as wide as the ocean,' Usagi whimpered as her ears dropped and it's points covered her eyes.
"Bai Yun!"
'Is it over? Is death this silent..? then why do I feel a breeze over my fur..?' her heart sunk, the smiling child before her was in this most horrifying state. Usagi felt her lips trembling, ["Wanna hear her song?"]
["Hehe~ Usagi wanna play with me?"]
["Hm? What's your name? Oh wait! You can't talk, but since you're a rabbit, I'll call you Usagi! Do you like it?"]
["Usagi! Daddy said he can't play with me because he's too busy with work! Will you play with me instead?"]
["Hooray! This is the symbol of our everlasting friendship! Daddy said that friends are always loyal to each other and will never let each other down. That's the type of friends we'll be!"] she'd told her, Usagi still had the small tear jewel pierced through her ear.
"U-Usagi...you nweed to wun! (run) Teddy will hold them off fo you!" She misprounounced her words like a 3-year-old child as she had lost several teeth with the attack of the mercenary hunter. She got back up with fractured bones and bloodied knuckles, her father simply turned away walking from the scene.
She held her paws over her ears and teared up, 'Teddy! Why..?! Why? WHY??!??!' Usagi trembled, until it was the final hit.
"NOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!" Usagi shouted her heart shattered her eyes dilating in fear.
she had heard another voice, long dark hair like the night sky and eyes as piercing and blinding the violet sunset.
"What?! You...! Emilie I thought you told me that the rabbit didn't have a god by her side!"
"You're blaming me for your lack of tact?! Hah! It's not my fault! I'm not the expert here! You should be scolding ferdinand! It's his daughter not mine!" She scowled, on guard the three scurried away only to be cornered by the girl again.
"it's her!!" The Ice Mage screeched as she started to launch icicles to the shaggy haired girl, she simply opened dark-violet portals and spoke, "Burrow-- Tunnel number 000.21," She rehearsed disappearing from mid-air.
her tremendous heavenly and horrifying aura made it hard for them to breathe with all the pressure, "It's..!!!---"
Blood splattered everywhere as the rabbit laid beside her owner distraught and heartbroken, She'd done nothing wrong but sometimes the heavens punishes those who merely stay put. Apparently that was the case for this rabbit as she no longer had one by her side and could only dream of being by her best friend's side.
There was a sad air about the place after that, the rabbit never went back to that place.
