Yada and I were on a ledge of rock by the sea, near the docks. The idea was to get as far away from the palace as possible, at a point where the spies of the Crown could not easily hear us.
It was important for me to listen to Yada's advice after I had discovered so much information with the potential to change everything.
"Everything you tell me is very huge," she stated, looking out at the sea that rolled in front of us.
"Yes, it is."
"The Prince is not the son of the Queen, nor of the King," Yada said, as if trying to make sense of what she was saying out loud.
I nodded slowly. I still had a hard time believing it. However, dead poeple do not lie.
"And the rebellion of the dukes," Yada added, "the Kingdom is going to be devastated by an unprecedented war.
"That's how it is. We came to search for the remains of a sacred beast and now we must choose a side in a war, because we are caught right in the middle."
