The invader led them past the bulk of their forces, Elaine feeling tiny around these giant invaders; she barely reached their chests, and just being surrounded by them gave her a smothered feeling. She gripped Jack's arm tighter, amazed at how unfazed he was by all of this, walking calmly and with pride as they were taken to one of the beached ships. They walked up a wooden ramp to the deck, the tangy smell of the ocean hitting her nose and making her glad her senses were not as sensitive as Jacks.
On the deck, surrounded by more of the invaders, was what looked like a tall human man. He was tall compared to her, although he seemed smaller compared to the invaders. He had a mane of black hair on his head and face, slightly dark skin, dark eyes, and as they approached he gave them an arrogant smile, showing that his teeth were sharp like a canines.
