Using his teleport ability, they instantly appeared on top of the hidden sanctuary, finding the hidden entrance and climbing down the ladder. His body ached from the long battle they had just gone through, and his mind was still numb from Midnight's death, trying to keep it out of his thoughts and failing horribly. It had happened so suddenly and fast that his confidence in himself was shaken, having been helpless as he watched her die. They reached the bottom of the ladder, where they continued on foot while he took his helmet off. Once they exited the tunnel, they were surprised at how quiet it was, with only a few people standing around at the moment.
"Councilor Bellator should still be here in the sanctuary." Noelle said, trying he best to keep her spirits up as she turned around to face them. "I will go and report on what happened; we do not know if the other councilors will be coming back."
