"So that was General Silvia's ability back there." Jack said, seeing Annie nod from across the table they were sitting at. Sigra and Rolthin were also there, and he felt Elaine place her hand over his, giving it a reassuring squeeze, sensing his frustration.
"Yes, her ability is to cancel the abilities of a vampire she has looked in the eyes. I do not know the exact limit on it, but I know that she can activate the ability even after the target has left her line of sight."
He sighed, using his free hand to rub his eyes; the large scale battles had not even begun, and he was already feeling tired.
"Why have I not heard of it? That seems like the perfect ability for a Night Stalker."
