Chapter 33 - Future Plans

The flying car quickly sent them to City D. After everyone got off, they first looked for a temporary residence.

Three of the injured patients laid on the bed in the house. Rollin did not plan to leave now. Even if he had something important in his hands, it was not as important as these people.

Late at night, Sharon walked out of the room and went to the balcony. Seeing Rollin smoking on the balcony, Sharon sat on a bamboo chair beside him.

Hearing the movement, Rollin turned his head and took a look. "It's so late, why aren't you resting?"

"I'm just a little worried about you! Also, I plan to tell you something."

Rollin was afraid that the smell of the cigarette would cause Sharron to cough, so he immediately flicked the cigarette away with his fingers.

Under the acceleration of the Thunder Fury Hand, it turned into ashes in the night sky.

Seeing this scene, Sharon smiled. "You're still so gentle. If I hadn't met branch first, I might have chosen you first!"

"However, if you do this, you'll eventually hurt yourself."

After saying this, Sharon recounted all the things that she knew about Delia, because she knew about Rollin's loss of memory of her.

"That's all I can tell you!"

"It's because of your persistence that I'm willing to maintain a good relationship with you! Now, your eyes are filled with confusion."

"No matter what the situation is, you can't forget the person you love the most." After saying this, Sharon sighed and left the balcony.

After hearing this, Rollin took out a photo of five people. Behind the photo was a photo of him with an unfamiliar woman.

The woman in the photo had black hair and silver-gray pupils. That face that was filled with happiness touched Rollin's heart. It was as if he had returned to the day when school started, where he bumped into her for the first time, and how his heart pounded.

In his lost memories, the black figure was lit up, and Delia's face appeared in his mind.

When he felt this memory return, tears fell unnaturally from the corners of his eyes.

"Why! Why did this happen? No matter what, I must find you!"

The next morning, Rollin greeted Amy, and she seemed to be a little evasive. When they met, her gaze was very unfocused, not daring to meet Rollin's gaze at all.

"Amy? Are you not feeling well?"

Hearing this question, Amy began to stutter. She had too many things to say to Rollin, but she could not bring herself to say them.

She found an excuse. "It's nothing. I'm probably too tired recently, so I can't concentrate!"

"Oh! In that case, have a good rest!"

"Leave the matter of finding Delia to me!" After saying that, he patted Amy's shoulder and turned around to go to Branch's bedside.

Seeing Branch, Rollin squatted beside him. "How are you feeling? Are you feeling better?"

"I'm alright. It won't be long before I'm able to regain my walking ability."

After hesitating for a while, Branch voiced out his thoughts. "With Amy taking care of us during this period of time, you don't have to worry about much. You can just continue with your work!"

"Even if a part of my memory has disappeared, I can tell that you still have a lot of things to do."

Hearing Branch's encouragement, Rollin gently patted his shoulder. "I've already remembered some clues."

"I'll be out for a long time. Leave me a message if anything comes up!"

"Don't worry and move forward boldly!"

"This is your grandfather's territory. Don't tell me you don't even trust your grandfather?"

Rollin had only interacted with his grandfather for a short period of time. The only thing he knew was that his grandfather still took very good care of him. However, there were still many things that he was unwilling to tell him for some unknown reason.

"Mm! I'm not too familiar with him, so I can't make a judgment call."

"Be careful. I'm going to set off now!" After saying that, he flew out of the window.

Seeing that Rollin now had a target, Branch smiled happily. Then, he accidentally choked.

"Cough, cough, cough!"

At this moment, Sharon walked in. Seeing Branch coughing, she walked over.

"What's wrong, Branch?"

Lying on the bed, Branch raised his hand. "Nothing!"

"It's just that my throat is a little itchy, so I coughed a few times."

After leaving his residence, Rollin immediately found the nearest Stoke family's Chamber of Commerce.

Those fragments from before could no longer be used. Therefore, Rollin decided to find some new star beast corpse fragments from the trade market in this area.

After all, the most important thing now was to improve his own strength. Otherwise, he would not be able to accomplish anything.

Using his identity, Rollin obtained the corpses of three beasts from the Chamber of Commerce for free.

They were the S-rank phantom beast, telekinesis beast, and glacier beast.

After the previous battle, Rollin discovered that telekinesis control was very powerful!

Under normal circumstances, a person's telekinesis could only be used to scan his surroundings. However, after being trained by a special method, a person's telekinesis could become very powerful in battle.

It was second only to his Thunder Fury Hand.

You might think that Rollin wanted to use his telekinesis to unleash its ultimate power. In reality, he wanted this ability because he felt that using telekinesis to control his weapons was very cool!

Imagine having an invisible force that was able to silently pull out his weapons. He would not even need to use his hands.

After leaving City D, they quickly arrived at the suburbs and arrived at the underground ruins on the east side of the slums.

Originally, this place was full of scattered gangs and thugs. After the Stoke garrison's reorganization, the entire area seemed to be in good order.

After arriving at the remote area of the underground ruins, Rollin immediately extracted the coordinates of the telekinesis beast.

These coordinates in the system could actually be transmitted to his communication device.

As for how this was being done, Rollin had not been able to figure out, even until now. The only thing he knew was that as long as he continued to complete the missions issued by the system, he would become stronger. He would walk to the end of a road and peep into the unknown.

He traveled quickly for more than ten minutes and arrived at the entrance of ruin No. 5.

There seemed to be a village here, but now there was only a small wooden house left. The surroundings had been blown up into potholes.

Rollin did not want to find out what had happened. He turned around and walked into the cave.

Just as he reached the entrance of the cave, the communication device rang. He activated it and took a look.

It was Sylvie, the little silver-haired girl who had left a voice message.

"I'm currently enrolled in the highest academy in Stoke territory!"

"I'm currently living very well! I'll definitely study hard and grow into an assistant worthy of you!"

Seeing this message, Rollin shook his head helplessly. He had never made any demands on Sylvie from the start.

However, because of the environment that she grew up in, this girl knew too many things. She learned that she must repay every debt, and nothing was ever free of charge.

This gave Rollin a huge headache!
