Kiseki stirred from his slumber, roused by a menacing voice calling out his name. "Kiseki... wake up, you insignificant human..."
Opening his eyes slowly, he beheld a woman seated on the skeletal remains of some unknown creatures, her gaze fixed squarely upon him. The bones seemed to serve as her throne, an eerie sight against the darkness that enveloped them.
A twisted grin spread across her face as Kiseki regained consciousness. "Took you long enough to get up, didn't you, little boy." She casually crossed her legs, resting her head upon her hand.
"Who are you. And where am I?" Despite the unsettling appearance of the woman before him, with devilish horns protruding from her head and crooked wings adorning her back, Kiseki remained composed and his voice unwavering.
His eyes lingered on his surrounding, but he can't see anything. he found himself met with a void devoid of any discernible features or landmarks, leaving him disoriented and uncertain of his whereabouts.
The woman leaned forward, her gaze unwavering as she locked eyes with Kiseki. After a moment's pause, she began to introduce herself.
"I know by many names in this world, 'The seducer of sinners', 'Remnants of Darkness', 'Unholy creatures' and many more."
"But of all these names that are given to me, one of them stuck to me permanently. And not gonna lie, I kinda like it. They call me Lucifer. The Devil from the depth of hell."
Despite the revelation of her true identity as Lucifer, the Devil herself, Kiseki remained composed, his expression betraying none of the shock or fear one might expect.
"What do you want from me?" he demanded, his voice steady and unwavering, his eyes fixed upon her with a piercing intensity.
Lucifer's laughter echoed eerily through the chamber at Kiseki's directness. "Hahaha, I admire your directness, young one. You do not care to mince words, do you?" she remarked, a smirk playing on her lips.
Though Kiseki remained silent, his gaze remained steadfast, his determination evident.
"I have but one question for you, pesky human," Lucifer continued, her tone shifting to a more serious demeanor as she leaned back against her makeshift throne. "If granted the opportunity to rewrite the tapestry of your existence, to begin anew with a clean slate, would you seize it?"
Kiseki's brow furrowed in confusion at the cryptic nature of her inquiry. "What kind of game are you playing?" he retorted, his voice laced with frustration and suspicion.
Lucifer's frustration boiled over as she clenched her fists and shouted, "Just answer the damn QUESTION!" Her fist slammed against the armrest of her throne, the resounding echo filling the chamber with a palpable tension.
He backed himself after witnessing her anger, and not long after, he answered the Devil. "Most definitely. I will do anything to have such chances..."
A sinister smile curled upon Lucifer's lips at his words, her gaze fixated on him with an intensity that sent shivers down his spine.
"Interesting... Humans sure are greedy."
"Get straight to the point, will you?" said Kiseki.
Lucifer's laughter filled the chamber, echoing off the walls like the cackles of a madman. "Hahahaha! I can sense that we will get along quite well one day," she declared, her eyes wide with manic delight.
With a sudden shift in demeanor, Lucifer rose from her throne and effortlessly teleported behind Kiseki, her arms wrapping around his shoulders in an unsettling embrace.
"Very well, as you can see. You have been blessed with such chances to redo your life. Isn't that exciting?" she murmured into his ear, her breath sending a chill down his spine.
"So, what's the catch?" Kiseki demanded, his gaze piercing as he locked eyes with the Devil herself.
She chuckled and replied, "You're one smart guy..." whilst creepily smirked onto him.
"Well..." She leaned in close, her breath chilling against his skin as she whispered her reply.
