"Quick," he peaked out. The bright white flames were burning the outside of the door.
The two were fighting at the end of the training room. They can easily sneak out but at the kid's speed, they won't be able to reach to the classroom without being noticed.
He picked up a bunch of kids. "Climb on my back,"
The kids immediately understood their job. Chu Gan sat on his shoulders while the kids climbed onto his back and tightly clung to his training suit.
"do not let go at all costs,"
He threw open the door fully and dashed out the training room.
The glass was already shattered, so he easily got out of there. The hallway was completely empty.
'Thank god,' he hurriedly ran to the classroom room nearby.
The door was ajar. He dashed in.
But h stopped right by the door frame because…..
They were not alone in there.
"what do we have here? Little supers? Oh we have hit the jackpot…" the man in black chuckled evilly.
Kang gulped. 'Fuck I did not take this guy into account.'
Three people entered this place. Two were fighting Aaron and the guy at the entrance. This guy must have hidden here.
Kang hurriedly lowered the kids. The ones on his back jumped off and bundled in a corner of the room. Some even ran out.
He gritted his teeth. "All of you out…!"
Chu gan's arms tightened around his neck. "s-scary… scary… he smells like corpses… Burning corpses…." He whispered trembling.
Kang patted his hand. "It's okay, I'll take care of him,"
"take care of me? Hmph, your conceited manner of speech is pissing me off," the man charged at him with a dagger in hand.
Kang swiftly dodged him.
The man sidestepped and stabbed him right in his left shoulders.
Kang gritted his teeth and swiftly removed Chu from his shoulders. 'Shit. He's a strength type super.'
Usually, his skin is impenetrable but this guy easily stabbed into his shoulder.
He swiftly turned back and threw a punch with all his strength. Easily his punch could have smashed metal, but this man…. His skin was harder than that. He subtly noticed a slight silvery shine under his clothes.
'cyborg! Oh I'm so fucked up!'
The man turned around and kicked the same place he was stabbed.
The pain was terrible. He had never experienced anything so painful before.
'I can't let this man close to the kids.'
He mustered his strength and pushed the man to the back of the classroom. "everyone out! Now! go find a safe spot and hide!! Go go go!!"
The kids dashed out of there.
Kang kept a firm grip on the villain.
"You're strong…. But not as strong as me." He suddenly bit his arms.
The pain distanced him for a moment. And the villain escaped from his hold.
He stabbed his stomach again.
This time kang griped his hand not letting him pull the dagger out. "That hurts you mother fufker."
"it's supposed to." The man laughed maniacally.
Kang's mind went on overdrive.. 'System! system, can you do anything? Give me something to work with!'

The man punched him in the face hard.

There was no shame in doing that to save his life. He pushed the man away and ran out of the room at full speed. He desperately tried to close the door.
But alas the man was able to shatter the door in just seconds.
"Alta! Alta! Where are you!!" he shouted while running like a headless chicken.
"Kang! What are you doing out there?" Aarons shouted from inside the training area.
"Can't you see! I'm running for my life! Where's your fucking nephew, I need him! now!"
Aaron frowned deeply. "Wait I'll get to you," he was taking the fight casual till now, but seeing Kang run out in that dangerous place really made the situation much more dangerous.
His eyes shone a bright shade of gold and a huge amount of energy blasted off of him.
The villain created an ice shield. and stopped his attack
At that moment when he was hiding away, Aaron swiftly got close and attacked his back.
The villain looked stunned for a second. He tried fighting back ad putting up his ice walls but it was useless at this point.
Aaron slammed the back of his neck until he lost unconsciousness.
With the ropes metal ropes of the swing, he tied his arms and legs firmly and tied him to one of the poles there.
Without a second delay, he ran toward the direction Kang just frantically ran.
On the way he found a few kids hiding in random corners crying and sobbing.
"Shit, come, let's go to a safe place," he lifted all them up. "Where are you classmates, where are you from?"
One little kid pointed at the training room he was fighting in.
"The safe room… too hot."
"It's okay, we'll find everyone okay." he ran to the nearby classroom and placed them all one the secure room in the corner. He counted fifteen kids in total. "Was anyone hurt?"
"No….." the kid sobbed loudly. "save them please…."'
"yes yes, I'll save them. You guys don't come out okay. Stay in here,"
Aaron hurried out into the hallway. He randomly searched every corner. A few kids were hiding behind a dust bin and one of them was even on top of a high column.
He saved them all and safely sent them back to the safety room.
"Eighteen.. nineteen… I count nineteen. Is anyone hurt?
The kids wailed loudly.
"Uncle Zhu… Zhu is also gone.. the bad.. bad man.. stabbed Zhu… ahhhhhh…" one little girl whispered softly.
Aaron's heart rate went up. "he was injured… fuc… stay here don't come 9out okay. ill find your friend." He locked the room and placed a few benches in front of it.
Hurriedly, he ran.
'Kang… kang you better be okay… ill come to you. just a few minutes…'
'Someone help me… where are the other teachers. This was supposed to be a hero academy ah! Where are they….' Kang who was frantically dodging the stabs cusses on the inside.

Altren pushed him back. "Go to the others!"
'well ill leave after I do my task thank you," he hugged his waist tightly.

Someone grabbed him from behind by his waist and pulled him away.
"Let's go,"
"Aaron?"
Aaron gently touched his face and hugged him tightly. "are you okay? hurt anywhere?"
"no…" hesitantly he hugged him back.
Aaron lifted him over his shoulder like a sack of potatoes and rushed away.
"Hey, Altren is there! he won't be able to handle that guy"
"I'll go back for him," Aaron hurriedly dropped him off at the nearby security room
"Wait the kids! The kids are out there!!"
"I saved all nineteen of them," Aaron said and left.
Kang sat there in shock for a second. "But there are twenty kids you idiot! hey! Come back here!" he ran out of the room.
Aaron was already out of sight.
"Fuck, who's missing… is there any way I can find the child?"
