Walt Gibney is reincarnated back on earth but with 3 wishes and a new job. But even though this is earth it turns out there's a twist. There are magical creatures all around, and it's dead in the center of the multiverse. Meaning all types of beings from anime, comics, shows, novels, light novels, etc. come all the time.

And Walt's job is to grant anyone who fulfills a task for him any 3 wishes. What will happen if Light Yagami gets 3 wishes, and beats Near? What will happen if Vegeta was the strongest instead? What would happen if Naruto had the ten tails instead? What would happen if Momonga has 3 wishes?

Lets find out what goes on in the authors head.

"Lets get straight to it, I grant you 3 wishes, and you do my job for me, capishe? Okay good wish ahead. Oh never mind I read your mind you want a skill creator, bloodline creator, and The Peak Of Creation? Okay here you go. Now off you go, I'm going to go chill in heaven and drink lemonades. Any complaints?"


And with that Walt Gibney was off on a long adventure that would forever change a lot of worlds and galaxies.
