"Baby boo! Baby!!"
Reno called out as he awoke from his deep sleep.
The sheer amount of alcohol he had ingested along with the passionate and vigorous sex he just had with Susie had knocked him out cold!
"Whenever I'm with you, it's always like the first time," he said...
He rolled over on the mattress, extending an arm to grab Susie only to find a pillow laying beside him.
"Susie where are you?" he called, worry creeping into his voice
He stepped out of bed onto the corridor. She wasn't there.
He searched the kitchen and living room, there were no signs of forced entry and all was still in place. Still no sign of Susie.
He tried calling her cell phone and it was switched off!
"Where would Susan be going to at this time of the night?" He asked himself...
Susan was not one for the nightlife or the fast lane, and she had never done this before!
He needed to find out where she was, but he couldn't do that here in her apartment, he needed to head home and fast!
As he entered his Porsche Cayenne, he could see the skid marks from her BMW power bike. "This means she left by herself, or maybe she didn't," he said to himself.
He was livid with himself for drinking is much that night. If not, "why would someone enter an apartment and kidnap his woman from his side without him knowing?"
As he drove through the streets of Costa de Sol, different thoughts ran through his mind.
"Would Susan leave the house so suddenly?" "And without a word!"
"If she was kidnapped where were they taking her?"
"What if something had happened to her?"
"Was he about to lose the woman of his dreams, just when he was beginning to nurse the idea of living those dreams?"
He would do anything to find her, and keep her safe!
Firstly he needed to report to the police and then who would set out on his own to find his love.
As he approached the Manor, he knew immediately that something was wrong. The guards were not at their posts and the Manor gate was open ajar.
What on earth was going on tonight? First Susie and now this?
Moreno decided to park his car a few meters from the Manor and go in through the secret underground tunnel.
As he quickly approached the building, he could hear the sounds of shattered glass and gunshots.
"Anton!" he thought to himself...
**********************************************
Susan Boyle still couldn't believe her eyes... She knew the man standing right before her! She knew the Angel De la Muerte!
Anton... Her favorite customer... Whom she had saved from death countless times? Hell! she even saved him earlier today with the "Don't forget to wash your hands" trick.
How did she miss it? She had lived in parts of his life! Why didn't she notice anything unusual about this guy?
She had been ignorantly preserving the life of a man she had set out to kill all these years? A man who had caused her untold suffering and pain!
A volcano of anger and frustration rose inside her and as if being controlled by a remote control she unloaded one bullet from her double-barrel gun unto his chest.
The force of the bullets lifted him off his feet and flung him backward and he landed on his back. But to her sheer shock, he was getting back up!
"Damn! he wore a bulletproof vest," she said
She realized this was not going to be as straightforward as she thought. If she was going to leave here alive, she would have to combine all her wits ad years of training.
"How do you go to battle with The Angel of Death himself and expect to bring him His master; DEATH?"

It took Moreno a while to get through the barriers of the underground tunnel and the fighting above him continued...
Once he had made his way into the pantry, he found his way via the air ducts into the armory. Picked up two shotguns and headed towards the noise.
Just as he made his way towards the stairs, he was his friend Antonio on the floor with a bloodied face and a man with a white scarf around his neck and a gun pointed in Antonio's face.
This man had already seen Moreno before Moreno noticed, but for some strange reason, he stood their shell shocked as stiff as a rock.
This gave Moreno the split-second chance he needed and with two quick shots, Anton's attacker was down.
The only thing that was shocking about the shriek of anguish was that this wasn't a man's voice, it was the voice of a woman! A familiar voice...
He could see her hair as she fell backward from the stairs
Thank God he arrived just in time.
Moreno rushed to his friend who laid sprawled on the wooden floor...
"Anton! Anton!!" Moreno called out to his friend. "Jorgy" Anton replied...
Jorge turn back to look at the person he just shot, but to his shock, there was nobody there anymore!

As Susie waded through the bushes and trees in a bid to reach her bike, she used her white scarf as a makeshift bandage to stop the blood gushing out of her left arm, tears rolled down her cheeks and she got to her bike.
As she sped off, she recognized the Porsche Cayenne parked by the side of the road. This sight confirmed her worst fears.
She prayed this was just a dream! But the shot of pain in her left arm only served to confirm that this was very real.
Firstly, the very man she sought to kill had been right under her nose, to make things worse, she had been saving his life! He was a dear friend!
To make things even worse...
The only man she'd ever loved just looked at her dead in the eyes and offloaded two bullets in her direction.
Thank God the vest caught one of the bullets that were aimed at her left lung.
So many questions ran through her mind.
Where and when did Reno learn how to shoot with such precision?
Why was he there that night?
Was he part of the League of Watchmen?
Had she been sleeping with the enemy all these years and didn't know it?
But the most important question to her was;
"Did Reno recognize her?" If he did, "Why did he still shoot?"
If he didn't, why did he look so shocked after shooting her?
All these questions were going to be answered one way or another but first of all, she needed to have a backup story for her sudden disappearance that night as well as the gunshot wound on her arm.
She quickly devised a plan. One that had many eyewitnesses to corroborate her story. Else no one will believe her not to talk of Reno himself.
She rode to a relatively quiet street, but within an earshot of the next street where people could hear her scream.
She got out of her bloodied clothes, put them in the trash, and lit them on fire.
Then she put on new clothes, more like the ones she would normally be seen in.
She untied her left arm and allowed the blood to flow onto her blouse and some part of her jeans.
Next, She paid some street boys to speed away with the bike once she gave the signal... A gunshot into the air!
Bang! Bang!!
And the boys sped off with the bike, she screamed as hard as she could to attract attention. Passersby rushed up to her and found her in a pool of her blood.
She had lost so much blood.
It was supposed to look like a street robbery in which she was shot. She would shoot into the air to attract passersby.
These people would then call an ambulance which would take her to the hospital and save her life.
*****************************************
As the ambulance arrived at the hospital, there was a mini pandemonium, the doctors and nurses already had their hands full with patients, and two more were being rushed in.
To her right, she could see another man being rolled into the emergency ward at the same time she was being accepted. He turned over and it was Anton!
What were the chances that they would be rushed to the same hospital that very night?
"Why does this guy show up everywhere I am?" she thought to here self.
Then it struck her! If Antonio was here, then so was Moreno!
She knew she was in trouble. But there was nothing she could do. The sedatives she was given had set in and she could hardly move a limb.
"Susan!" She heard Reno call out her name in an angry voice.
He had found her!
She winced as she turned towards the sound of his voice. His shirt was soaked with blood and his eyes were red with rage and sorrow as he walked towards her.
His fists were clenched, she knew this was the end! There was no heroic nor lucky escape.
The Love of her life was about to kill her!
