Ernesto was certain that the news that Nduluo helped them recover was sent to the king. He wanted Ndulou's status to go higher and wished the higher-ranking noble would recognize Ndulou, but still, Ndulou's name was not even mentioned at the ceremony, nor did the other noble know about the barony.
He wonders why the king purposely ignores Ndulou's existence. Ernesto was about to grumble about Ndulou's recognition when suddenly an unfamiliar voice talked to his mind.
"Don't mention Ndulou at this luncheon." The voice sounds imposing and powerful. Ernesto concluded that it might be the goddess. Ernesto has another thought: what exactly is Gia and Ndulou's relationship?
Ernesto looked around to see whose voice it came from, but he was having a hard time detecting it.
Communication was one-way. He could not respond to it because he didn't know the sender.
