An ambulance came in a jiffy along side life rescue male nurses rushing to take Ethan to the hospital..
They lifted him on the roller bed and slot into the ambulance .
Hugi walked along side him and sat opposite him in the ambulance.
"Boy don't do this mehnn ..you won already don't die on me Ethan" Coach Hugi said sympathetically as a drop of tear rolled down his right cheek just as the nurses struggle to place the oxygen cup over his nose and mouth.
Ariya.....
We got alert that a badly wounded guy was coming in from the ambulance that was sent for emergency so I along side with few other nurses are standing by the exit where we were going to receive the patient..As soon as the ambulance arrived, he is transferred on the emergency roller bed and being led to the emergency ward.
I noticed he's fighting so hard to shot his eyes so I kept giving him tiny slaps on his cheek to keep him awake..I make sure he doesn't close his eyes and leave this world as we hurried to the ward ..it'll be such a waste if he dies ,mehnn he's dead cute !
"Hey..hey...cmon stay with me sir" I slapped some more and this time a little harder.
"Don't close your eyes!...stay with me "
I notice the slapping wasn't working ,so the urgency of someone talking to him repeatedly is needed .
" hey stay with us sir don't shot your eyes"
I repeated this process to make sure he's awake ,its usually hard ..mostly when we don't succeed in keeping patients awake in this state ,they die.Once their eyes are closed, it lures them into a dream that slowly snatch life from them .
I felt his bloody hand touch mine which rested on the bar of his roller.
"Don't leave me"
I hear him manage to say this and it somehow pleases me to know that there's hope of life in him .
"I won't sir ,I'm not leaving .We will safe you just please stay with us "
The journey to the emergency ward was long enough but we arrive soon .work started on him urgently.
He'd encountered internal bleeding and numerous sprains in addition to the bruises"
The doctor explained to the hot aged man who came in with the guy.
"Please sir do everything to keep him alive and safe"
"We will do an immediate operation on him to eradicate the internal bleeding but with these sprains,he's gonna be wheel chaired for quite sometime but the broken parts will heal up ..Well sir you must pray for him because his condition is critical"the doctor managed to explain.
"He might fall into a coma if he does survive this "he presses on.
The operation went quite well and he made it but he had to fall into a coma .
I notice an aged woman whom I assume is his mother and a lady companion by her who is all rain bow ..like who wares mascara of all the colors of the rainbow and yet still her clothings do not even have matching colors with them ..she is wearing a thick green top over a shouting blue shots but yet still her mascara has yellow,blinking red,black ,blue black and I think there's more ,I just didn't look too close and yet still she wore pitch flowering ear rings ..
Not that any of this concerns me tho but it's really wierd.
"Where is ma son!!!? " I notice she was disappointedly asking the aged man who brought in the cute guy earlier "I noticed he just bowed his head like he didn't have anything to say or didn't even know where to start "
"I give you my son to train and the next thing is he is shattered and in coma?..you have some explaining to do .."
She and her companion were dressed in the emergency ward wears so they could go in and see the patient .(sky blue paper like gowns and blue shower caps).
The lady couldn't help her tears as her heart was about to fall out when she finds her son in this condition and she went forward and placed her head on his chest crying.
"Ethan, son! Please don't die on me . Don't leave me alone my child"
The rainbow lady I assume is her friend or sister got hold of her and makes her sit on the couch.
"It's going to be ok Su , Ethan will pull through this . You know you got a very strong son,he won't leave us.... stop crying now cmon"
His mum took his left hand (the one without the clip on it )into hers ..
" Happy birthday Ethan"
"Happy birthday my beautiful nephew..it's a shame all the food we prepared will go to waste.
The hot aged man walked in too dressed accordingly . He walked to the patient before speaking .
" You are a strong kid Ethan" he nodded his head
" stronger than I thought ....you have to wake up mehnn , there are a lot of people waiting for you to return to life"
"How did my son end up like this mr Hugi ?Why did you let him risk his life like this?"sobbing.
"Ma'am it was Ethan's decision ,he is a strong kid"

"You were supposed to guide him! "
" tried to stop him but he was so much into this fight !...for you"
She sobbed more.
Day in day out his mum stayed by his side. I am the nurse in charge for him so I did regular check ups on his health and I tried my possible best to encourage his mum.
"How's my son's condition now? It's been a week "
"I can't say for sure ma'am but I believe soon enough your son will wake up"I did believe in my words.
"If you'll excuse me ma'am.
I dashed out into the hall way .

Ethan fought endlessly with death for his mum ,he remembered how he'd battled with danger just to raise money for her treatment and he wants to come back to life to fulfill that . Something else gave him more courage...the last thing he set eyes on before falling into the coma'THE NURSE'
Just then,he's clipped finger moved , Su wakes up immediately and dashed out the door calling for the doctors and nurses .
Ethan started convulsing before the Doctors rushes in..
"Ma'am you'll have to excuse us "
One of the nurses are escorting her out side as she buries her face in her hands and sob .
"What's happening to my son?"
" He's going to be ok ma'am please stay outside for now" and he rushes back to Ethan.
"Ariya check his vital signs "
" yes sir"
He took off the pillow from behind his head , took off the coma pipe and replaced with the oxygen cup and finally,Ethan calmed .
The doctor went outside and brought in the sobbing and scared Susan .
"Your son is gonna be ok ma'am .. This was just an effect of how fast he awoke from coma ..he is now safe from danger and death" he explain further, looking at her sympathetically .
"Your son will be fine and normal sooner than later ma'am"
This brought a lot of relief to Susan , she finally smiled wiping off the remaining tears of Joy clouding her eyes.
Susan sat besides her son anxiously waiting for him to wake up, open his eyes and call her mum .
It's been six hours already and Susan was already sleeping with her head on the bed and holding Ethan's hand .
Nurse Ariya comes in for Ethan's check up and he opens his eyes..
"OMG ma'am wake up"waking Susan up with haste.
Susan lift her head and find Ethan's eyes open and just then her tears of joy came flooding again .
"Son...!"
Ariya takes off the oxygen cup while smiling significantly.
"Glad you are awake now sir . Do you feel any drowning weight ? Any pain ? Or something?"
"Just the sprained parts hurt"
"Mum"called out to his mum with some pain.
"I'm sorry mum" a line of tear ran down the side of his left eye.
"I'm so glad you are awake now Ethan that's all that matters .."
"Thank you " she said to Ariya with a smile and Ariya smiles back with a node .
"I have to attend to other patients ma'am ..sir"
They both watched as her graceful steps fade away in a distance as she went out the door.
"Don't you ever scare me again like that mr Anderson. For a moment I thought you'll leave me "
" I'm never going to leave you Mum "
Steph comes in....
"Ahhhhhhh nephew ". Shocked at what she's seeing now ..he's finally awake.
"I'm so happy you came back to us. I thought I was gonna lose my bestie "went forward to him and hugged him.
"Love you aunt".
Two days later Ethan is discharged .All his fans were so happy like they've been literally praying for his recovery.
Mr Hugi payed Ariya to keep constant check ups and therapies for Ethan at home.
Ariya is at Ethan's place every now and then for his therapies especially.

I got in and introduced myself to them .
"Good evening ma'am ,sir , I'm Ariya your personal nurse .im here for your first therapy session and checkup."
"Thanks for coming Ariya .Well Ethan you heard her, in less than no time you'll be back on your feet's again" mr Hugi complemented .
Ethan's been struggling with crutches because he was badly broken by who ever ,more like what ever beat him up.
