After the party at Blake's house, I think about what he said about him and Naomi's relationship.
I decided to call Naomi to ask her to come over so we can talk about it.
She arrives ten minutes later.
"Hey baby gurl..." She said, pulling me into one of bear hugs.
I pull away from her extremely tight grip.
"I need to talk to you about something" I said, feeling nervous of what she will tell me.
I pull her up to my room and gestured her to sit down on the bed. So she does exactly what I say.
"What do you wanna talk about?" She asked in confusion.
"Blake talked to me yesterday at
his party and ...." I pause, looking at her face then continue " he told me about how you cheated on him with a college student and then you dumped him" I can see she's uncomfortable what I said.
"Is it true?" I asked.
She tried to move closer to me, but I shift further away from her.
"Please answer me. Is that true?" I asked her again and she nods.
"Then why did you lie to me?" I ask her and her face looks like as if she just saw a ghost.
"I.... I'm sorry I lied to you. I just didn't want you to talk to him at first but now I saw the way he looked at you at the party yesterday and you seem to like him too. Forgive me. " She pleaded.
"Wait does that mean you lied about him getting you pregnant?" I asked and she nods again.
I actually felt bad for this girl .
"Yes, I lied about everything. The pregnancy, the cheating, the abortion, everything" she said.
"Well okay, if you ever lie to me again, I will beat you up till all you see is PAIN" I threatened and she nods quickly.
Why do I have to be this nice??
