When attempting to take a planet from another force, not much was required other than walking into the people's main base and destroying their flag and putting your own, so typically the area most guarded would be wherever the flag was set. It would typically be the heart of their operation on that planet. Regius had done things differently and before they left the building, he met them and used a special device to send the Elven forces a letter stating that in two days he would arrive on their planet to conquer it.
Bishop didn't understand, but Titania nodded to him and told him it would be fine. Bishop could feel the powerful aura that she naturally exudes, so he had listened to her and directly after that they had left.
