Laws were how the rest of the myriad of realms referred to concepts. It was universal that talented mana users that came into contact with a concept would be further strengthened and have means available to them that other people would not, which allowed them to excel more than the average mana user. Regius smiled as he thought of that while he strolled through his first zone.
