Regius had been learning under Titania for close to a month while he was peak rank 3. They had returned to peak rank 3 three and weren't worried about breaking through for the time being. The changes were actually too much for even him to process; he had surpassed his previous self, and he hadn't even created new equipment. Link had detonated everything, or so he thought, that was Link's last present before he went to sleep. He couldn't save any of the equipment other than the seer blocking snake eye.
