Count Falco hasn't aged since last year. He's almost the same. Maybe, there are a few white hairs on his head now, but his face has fewer wrinkles. His beard is just like I remember it, and his black eyes shine content when he sees us.
He must be having a good life. Maybe, it's thanks to Ignis being the King. Or, maybe, it's the opposite: it's thanks to Ignis stopping to use them as a cover family with me.
«It's a pleasure to see you, Count,» I say. «Even in such circumstances. Life at court is always so complicated, isn't it?»
He nods, sitting in front of us after a quick bow. He's way more relaxed in front of the King and Queen than he was with his supposed daughter-in-law.
«I'm glad your Majesty hasn't taken to heart our discourtesy during your last visit,» he says. «And for deceiving you.»
