[Ten years later]
"Hey you brat!! What are you still doing in bed at this time?? Quick!!Get up!!Hurry!! Hurry and take the bread to the market!!" Aunt Esteria yelled.
On the day Hogan's father was killed, before the innocent kid's eyes, Hogan fled from the palace and hid in a temple of Mother Dragon. There, a kind blacksmith, Drook found him and took him home to his wife,Esteria, a baker. Together, they raised Hogan, changing his name to Aldrin and giving him a life he would never find anywhere else.Years later, Esteria gave birth to twin boys, Aldan and Decloan.
Aldrin sprang out of his bed as fast as he could and pulled on his coat. Aldrin[Hogan] had grown into a handsome boy.He had waist long fawn hair and striking blue eyes. He was just the kind of boy all girls in the village of Synthius[The Wafting Islands] loved ogling.
"Morning mom!!" Aldrin greeted, grabbing the basket of bread on the table.
"Hey Aldrin!!" Aldan called," you promised to take me with you today!!"
"Alright then!!Come on!!" Aldrin said, harnessing the horse, Blister. Together, the duo jumped onto the cart and sped off to the market.
"Hey what about me??" Decloan called, appearing in the doorway.
"I'll take you tomorrow!!" Aldrin called.
Hogan's foster family lived in the outskirts of Synthius, selling bread to the villagers.
Synthius was a town inhabited, majorly, by shepherds and goatherds, in the far west of Asquith.
"Hey!! Should I ask you a simple question??" Aldan asked, as they neared the marketplace.
"Oh!Yeah!Go ahead!!" Aldrin said.
"Don't you have a female friend??" Aldan asked, looking Aldrin in the eye.
"Whoa!!Why do you ask that??" Aldrin asked.
"All the girls we've passed have been ogling!!" Aldan said, a flush on his face.
"Haha!! Don't mind them!! I'm having trouble getting used to all the ogling!!" Aldrin said, pinching his brother on the cheek.
"Hey blacksmith!!" a cute chocolate haired, hazel eyed girl greeted, as Aldrin's cart passed by her stall of fresh vegetables.
"Hey Rosin!! What you up to??" Aldrin asked.
"Nothing much!!" the girl, Rosin her name, replied.
"You know I never guess anything wrong!!" Aldan scoffed.
"She's just a friend!!" Aldrin whinied.
"Oh yes I am!!" Rosin said, looking a bit crestfallen.
"Oh I see!!" Aldan scoffed.
They cart soon stopped before their father's workshop. Their father, Drook was sharpening a dagger using a file.
"Hey dad!!" Aldan called, jumping off the cart.
"Boy, come help me get this bread in place!!" Aldrin called.
"Do it yourself?!" Aldan said.
