In a world named as HCW(H)-345,
In an isolated forest, near a waterfall, a young boy could be seen meditating, he is about 15 years old, he had blue hair and blue eyes, his eyes are sharp and determined, his body is slightly muscular with a few bruises on it, his clothes were brown and worn out, he is a typical village boy,
"ha ha ha"(Panting)
"Damn it, once more!!!"
He is meditating and trying to improve his mana, he is just a peasant boy without any background, he was an orphan raised by an orphanage. He got up slowly and and took out a small black box from a pocket on his pants, it had some numbers and a small screen(mobile) on it, and called someone using it,
"Hello?"(???)
"Hello, sister Maria, I am Howard speaking"(Howard)
"Howard,are you fine? you went to train right? did something happen to you or someone attacked you?a monster?"(Maria)(worried)
"No, sister Maria, nothing happened, I just wanted to know that whether the dinner is made or not"(Howard)
"Yes, it's done, come and eat, we are waiting for you"(Maria)

After 2 hours, Howard got out from the forest and saw a small town in front of him, he slowly passed through the agriculture fields situated outside the town, he was friendly with the farmers working in the fields,
"Hi kiddo how are you doing?"(mob grandpa)

"He works so hard for his age"(mob grandma)
"His awakening ceremony is going to be held soon"(mob uncle)
"Yes uncle, my ceremony is going to be held 3 days from now , I am finally turning 16, I will take the exam for the academy and clear it, I will become a Supreme magus just like Riveria sama in the legends!!!, I also find true love that transcends races,differences and everything, and reach to the peak of the world with my love. Howard rushed towards the town, the town in which Howard lives is very small, it has approximately 1500-2000 residents, it has a chief who governs the whole place, his house is used for important meetings and discussions, this town also has a market, where many goods from travelling merchants are sold, even though it is in countryside, this town still has many benefits like scholarships for students who are admitted to academy, food during droughts, it doesn't have any schools but occasionally scholars come to teach children here and finally communicators which are used to talk with people in long distance.
Roy came to the orphanage which is located to the edge of the town, orphanage is just a one storey building, it has a kitchen, a hall in which children sleep, a small room for Maria, a small courtyard for children to play and some fields, which are used by orphanage to generate funds, there are about 120-150 children in orphanage, most of them are of ages 1-10, some are elder about 10-15 and the eldest was a guy who is 17 and Maria who is more than 45. When Howard came in all the children surrounded him, because Howard was very much liked by the children because of his kindness and friendly attitude,
"Howard, you are late, come let's eat, you have to sleep early because you have to leave early in the morning tomorrow or else you won't make it to Triston on time for your awakening ceremony in three days"(Maria)

The world in which Howard lives is not large, it is quite small compared to other worlds, it has mainly three races inhabiting it, out of the three the majority are humans, next are vampires and lastly dragons. Dragons are originally not from this world, but sent here on a task by the Sovereign, they inhabited a single island which is very large in size.Vampires have their own kingdom, it known as kingdom of darkness, humans have 2 empires, they are Woerfel empire and Hanneman empire. There is standard hiearchy in nobility and aristocracy, that is,

Common knowledge is that, there are 3 dukes, 4 marquis's guarding four directions of an empire, 6 Earl's and 8 Counts, these are arranged in both empires and also Vampire kingdom in common, by their ancestors. The ranking below Count varies from empire to empire. Howard and his town are situated in Hanneman empire.
Each and every noble other than Life peer has their own fief, granted by the emperor. The Chief of Howard's town was a military man, he was granted rank of Baronet and his own fief upon retirement.
Hanneman empire has 3 awakening centres in total , Woerfel empire has 4 awakening centres, and Kingdom of darkness also has 4 awakening centres. Originally, the ancestors of the 3 empires served under the Sovereign, after their retirement, they were sent to this world, and said to develop this world, they established their own placements, as the time went on, their small placements became empires and their descendants scattered all over. The awakening centres were their gift to the future generations which can help them realise the potential. Hanneman empire also had 4 awakening centres but one of them got destroyed in a war, there are various schools and academies in many different cities but the most prestigious and largest of all of them is 'Hogwarts Academy of Witchcraft,Wizardry and Knighthood' established by the ancestors and the dragons under the order of the Soverign. The main branch of the Academy is located in 'Holy land' Orario where the Sovereign and his family along with his generals live. The Academy has many branches in many different worlds, the students eligible to join the Academy are from age group of 16-20 years, they should also pass the entrance test which is conducted in every two years. Howard aim is to become topper of the Academy because the toppers are granted permission to enter the 'Holy land' in every hundred years. The Academy is situated on a island guarded by dragons, the principal of the Academy is also a dragon who once worked under the Sovereign and had higher ranking than the 3 ancestors of empires, so the system of the Academy is very transparent and there is hardly any corruption or influence from outside. The entrance tests are conducted in various popular cities, the city Triston is ruled by the strongest duke of the Hanneman empire, so there is a entrance test conducted there too.
Next morning Howard woke up and got ready for the journey,
"Take care, even if your status are not good or you fail the test, don't get discouraged remember that we are still here for you."(Maria)
"Yes brother, take care"

Howard exited the orphanage and met up the other children of his town who want to take awakening or entrance test, generally the subordinates of the Cheif escort the participants for both awakening and entrance test every two years by carriages, it is the rule set up by the empire. The children who want to just want to go for awakening in the time when test is not conducted are accompanied by merchants. Howard boarded one the 5 carriages which are taking participants and left the town, while leaving he looked at the town which is fading into the distance and muttered,
