Lisa was speechless at hearing the words she had so longed to hear come from his lips.
"What did you say? Do you mean that now?" she asked him not believing that this was reality what she was experiencing, but believing it must be one of his tricks again.
"I'm serious. I'm willing to try and trust you again as long as you'll do whatever it takes to fight to earn it and trust me the same." The words left Shiro's lips after much thought had been given to their situation and after he had come to the conclusion that his ego and pride seemed to not be enough to keep him away from her as his mind and heart continued to think of her and care for her in the same way they always had.
