(I got sick. So I get to take some days off from work. Depending on how I feel I might be able to post more than one chap in the next couple of days. I just got a headache and nausea for the moment so not too bad. So a good thing and a bad thing since I haven't had proper days off from work in a while.
Also, it turns out writing fights between op characters is hard lol.)
She was in what could have been her home. The place her father had been born. She couldn't deny that it was a beautiful spot. However, being here only made her angry. She had been alone since her childhood with her only friend, a small pet dragon she took care of for as long as she could remember.
But it didn't take long until she lost him as well.
She was alone, and that made her angry.
But her anger only caused problems to the few people that had become her friends. It was due to the rampage she had gone on when she awakened Satan, Lord of Wrath, that Ramiris had lost all of her strength and had lost her position as queen of the spirits.
Her rampage had also destroyed the territory of the friendly giant Dagruel. And what hurt her the most is that he didn't blame her. He simply said that he will take care of it. And so she decided to not use her skill again. After all, it caused more problems than it fixed.
She decided that she would do her best to have fun and never get to the point in which she would harm her friends again. The demon lords who had been with her since the beginning. Guy, Ramiris, and Dagruel.
In time she forgot all the anger she had. She made even more friends, and she even decided that it was finally time to grow up.
But the moment she saw the doors of the heavenly star palace all the forgotten emotions had rushed back. The fear, the loneliness, and the anger. It was then that she felt a calming breeze coming from the necklace on her neck.
At first, it was a normal necklace, but due to being made from extremely pure magisteel it soon evolved into an artifact after being constantly bathed in her magicules. For the longest time, she didn't know what it did, only that it sometimes glowed when she was happy. But now it made sense.
Looking at the chaotic dragon that resembled how Gaia was after he was brought back to life she prepared to fight. She had been holding back all of her life and this was her chance to finally go all out. And trusting her instincts she activated Satan for the first time in a long time.
She felt the maddening rush of strength begin to flow through her body, but along with it was the calming breeze. Allowing her to keep her mind focused.
She began to gather as many magicules as she could in her hand creating a small orb.
Ivaraj however, did not remain still. He opened his mouth aiming directly at his closest target and released a black flame-like breath full of unstable magicules. Magicules which began to destabilize and consume the space all around them.
"Dragon Nova"
A gigantic beam crashed against the chaos attack and began to fight its way towards its target. But due to the unstable nature of the chaotic magicules, the magicules inside the dragon nova began to break apart. And once her attack reached her target it only had a fraction of its power. only pushing him back slightly, yet not piercing through his skin.
There was still a trail of magicules becoming unstable in the air from the breath attack. And the next moment they exploded. But with a timely retreat Milim avoided all damage from it.
The now unstable magicules coming from Ivaraj had the attribute of disturbance. And they would collapse the magicules and objects around them making them either disappear or explode from exposure.
As Ivaraj prepared to lunge forward and continue his attack he was suddenly assaulted by a pair of wind blades infused with electricity. Yet due to the chaotic magicule aura around him, its effect was also diminished.
But this attack did have an unintended side effect. The destabilized magicules from the attack suddenly exploded next to Ivaraj causing a minuscule amount of damage on his side.
If things continued this way it would take forever to properly defeat him, but Milim and Veldora noticed something. His wounds were not healing as they should have been.
"Yo Milim, let me help out. It is time to put my Storm dragon hidden techniques to the test." Veldora said as he returned to his human form next to her.
"This guy looks like he is going to be a pain to deal with. You take the left and I take the right. Whoever deals the most damage gets a prize." Veldora said before immediately rushing towards Ivaraj and charging electricity all around him.
Milim tried to say something before having to dodge out of the way of an attack.
"Sure, but don't be sad when you lose!" Milim yelled out before preparing to hit Ivaraj with her fist which was beginning to accumulate magicules once again.
Veldora created a gigantic black lighting lance before throwing it. He knew it wouldn't work if he tried focusing on one area, so the moment the lightning got close enough it expanded into what seemed to be a lightning blanket. Covering as much area as possible and destabilizing the magicules all around Ivaraj as the magicules interacted with each other. Yet instead of exploding they just collapsed and disappeared.
Ivaraj roared out in anger as the aura all around him began to move erratically and expand. He was a being that could only follow his instincts. And while most of the time that would mean he would go around the place destroying everything it also came with some added benefits.
By following his instincts he could change the aura around him so that it wouldn't backfire on him.
Taking the opportunity that came from Ivaraj's distraction Milim rushed past the aura around Ivaraj and struck with her fist using all of her strength. With the force of the punch, she was able to pierce through his defenses and into his body. And once her fist was inside she release the dragon nova she had been charging directly into his body.
This attack finally dealt some damage as the side of his chest exploded. Even then Milim's attack had been weakened. And she was experiencing a strange sensation as the magicules covering her body to protect her were all collapsing at an extreme speed. And small portions of her skin were beginning to grow dark spots from the exposure. So she thickened the defensive aura around her.
Were it not for her magicule breeding reactor that provided her with infinite magicules she would have never risked getting nearby. But seeing the change in the aura and the small amount of damage their attacks were dealing she knew it was the only way to deal with him before he could cause too much of a mess. She wanted to prevent anyone else from getting hurt just because she took her time with this fight.
"Veldora! I'll let you deal with my defense! I'm going to ignore it for now!! I trust you!" Milim yelled.
"Wait, that's not fair you are to win that way! Actually, that doesn't matter, don't be stupid! You shouldn't stay near him, his aura is dangerous!" Veldora yelled back with concern as he looked down at his niece. But Milim ignored him.
She continued to hit Ivaraj with her fists as she tried to gather magicules for another attack. Yet the aura all around her was getting heavier and the barrier she had made for herself was getting thinner. The exchange of using physical attacks was worth it as each of her hits struck dealing massive damage.
Her fists were beginning to show signs of damage as they were almost in direct contact with Ivaraj's skin. The darkness around them was spreading and her knuckles had some cracks on them. But Milim continued to punch and damage Ivaraj.
But not taking the beating without retaliating Ivaraj raised his claws and swung down.
"Damn it Milim!" Veldora yelled as he used Faust's, Lord of Investigations, probability manipulation to its full extent to forcefully change the chances of Milim getting hit.
And just like that, Ivaraj's claw which was aimed directly at Milim changed its trajectory slightly and missed her by a few millimeters(0.11811 of an inch.) buying Milim just enough time to activate her dragon barrage.
With each of her punches, she pierced through his skin and released a small explosion that continued to deal damage from the inside. Satan's Lord of Wrath effect of increasing her strength was showing its value as with every single attack she dealt more and more damage.
She continued to destroy and work her way through Ivaraj while leaving her back wide open. Making sure he would focus on her alone and not the ones fighting all around her.
With each attempted bite, scratch, and breath attack Veldora was getting closer and closer to exhaustion. Due to the aura around Ivaraj, he had to expend more and more magicules just to manipulate his probabilities of hitting slightly, and he had already failed to stop some of them fully.
Milim had taken a few attacks that broke through the barrier she created but she ignored the pain as her attacks never slowed down.
Ivaraj's body was already mostly missing as it had been destroyed. But even then he refused to die. But his speed was slowing down and the magicules all around him were beginning to go out of control.
"This is it."
Milim said as she hit his face one more time.
"Nihility strike."
With one last strike, she used all of her built-up strength and destroyed Ivaraj's head. Leaving only a few chunks of his body floating in the void.
Milim's arms were dark and purple from her fingers to her elbow and her skin had several cracks in them. She had several dark claw marks on her back that seemed to be spreading a dark disease.
Ivaraj's magicules had entered her body and were trying to make it collapse. But Milim didn't seem bothered by it at all. She merely looked at the remains and let out a deep breath before opening her eyes widely in surprise.
With Ivaraj dead, all of the chaotic magicules remaining all around them and leaking from the crack Ivaraj had come through began to vibrate.
"Milim! Watch out-" Veldora tried to warn her as a massive explosion occurred.
