(My Headache went away!!! I still feel a bit sick but my immune system beat up whatever I had so I am mostly fine now. The chap I promised yesterday to explain a bit of what happened will come out in a few hours. I'm about to start writing it now. I'm in a writing mood and I wanted to write this. I was going to wait and publish both at the same time but since I already finished this might as well post it. See ya all in a few hours.)
~The forgotten one(Not canon)~
Mjurran had arrived at Tempest due to Claymna's orders. She was supposed to try to get close to Rimuru so that she could backstab him. However, when she got there he wasn't around. So she joined the magic association in Tempest and began to work there.
She was enjoying spending time with all of her new coworkers but felt sad knowing she would have to betray them one day. Maybe if she asked Clayman he could spare their lives. All she could do is wait until Rimuru returned and do a good job at gaining his trust. If she did a good job here Clayman had a higher chance of listening to her request.
It all changed one day when she was summoned to Rimuru's office and stabbed through the heart. She had thought she would lose her life at that very moment but the next thing she knew her heart kept on beating. And the man in front of her had told her she was free from Clayman's commands.
She was told she would have to be kept in a private room for a few days in case one of Clayman's spies realized that she was still alive. It seemed Rimuru was about to start a fight against Clayman.
She willingly walked towards the location she would stay for the following days and sat on the bed to think about everything. This event had happened out of nowhere and she had to think of what to do with her life now.
She wanted to keep on working at the magic association. So she made her mind to make the request once she was out.
But the days passed and passed. A long time had passed since she was taken to the room.
"Did they… forget about me?"
~The sleepover in the past/paint me like one of your french girls~
Luminous was very happy after finding out that Chronoa would soon be able to return. She had missed her friend and wanted to speak to her again. With Hinata as her bodyguard, they walked around Tempest and took in the sights. She overheard the band practicing for the music they would play at the festival and had taken a liking to it.
She should ask Rimuru if he could send some people to teach some of her own music players., as they paled in comparison.
Rimuru, the man she had talked so much about with her friend. It was interesting to finally meet him.
Chronoa had spoken about the day she had been brought to Tempest. How that was the happiest day of her life. She had spoken of her time listening to him teach. The little gifts he would give all of them when they showed they had learned a lot. Whenever he was done with everything that was important and had free time was when he was peak Rimuru she said.
...
"You should see him while playing with the insects or ranga. SOoooo cute! He is like a big proud papá. You should meet Zegion once he is grown up. He denies it but I am pretty sure he is his favorite. Without Ultimates he actually beat Rimuru a couple of times. I can't wait to go back!" Chronoa said while hugging a slime-shaped pillow she had made.
"He rarely goes into slime form but when he does he looks like you could eat him! Super squishy and soft. If you ever make a bet with him and win make sure to ask him to use him as a pillow. He takes his bets seriously so you better choose something you are pretty sure you can win.
The one time I won a bet I ended up wasting my reward for winning."
Luminous let out a happy laugh listening to her friend talk so happily. Before she gave her a sad look.
"But aren't you worried about what will happen after? You told me about what you saw. How-"
"Nope! Absolutely not. This time I am going to make sure it is the last time. So far in the past loops, he never woke me up from the seal. And I wasn't able to retain my memories properly after the loop so I couldn't send a message. But this time" She said as she pulled the small pocket watch. "This time I am sure we are going to win. I'm no longer going to be weak. Plus I trust in him." She said while looking at the watch.
…
Luminous reminisced about that time. Once she got to her room she got a mischievous smile on her face.
"Today is gonna be the day. This is a perfect atmosphere. I just gotta play my cards right. Maybe a change in location would help."
She called for Hinata and got ready.
Sometime later she heard the knock on the door. Placing herself in the position she laid on the couch facing the door. She had placed a loose pair of pajamas and had organized her hair. With a bowl of grapes next to her she closed her eyes with her maneuver ready she said.
"Come in."
"You sure kept me waiting." She said while slowly opening her eyes with a seductive look. But she didn't find Hinata in front of her. She saw Rimuru with a confused expression.
She coughed up the grape she had just put on her mouth before an embarrassed expression appeared on her face. Quickly summoning her normal clothing she ran to close the door.
She suddenly remembered the words that Hinata had said to her the last time she tried something like this.
"No means no. I have told you many times. Next time you try this I'll make sure you remember my answer."
<
And she could have sworn she heard Hinata's rare giggle in her mind.
~Two Beastketeers~
"So cool!" was what Suphia and Albis thought when they saw Rimuru's fight with Carrion. After they had realized that their master. As beastkin and monsters their instincts wanted them to look for a strong partner. And that final move had given them chills.
They both noticed each other's behavior after they had left the Labyrinth and decided to have a private talk.
What was spoken in it? Only the two of them know.
~One Beastketeer~
'Oh, I am so Fucked. I've messed up. Shit shit shit shit…'
Was all Phobio could think after Carrion had decided to become Rimuru's subordinate.
'He probably doesn't hold a grudge right? He let me live after I became Charybdis.'
Deep in his heart, he wasn't sure of the answer. So from now on, he decided to just thread carefully whenever he was close to the one he had offended the day they met.
~Dragon's brother~
Hanzo, one of the founding members of the shadow squad, was currently sparring with his sworn brother. He had met him after he had joined the shadow squad and was assigned under his team.
He was a newly evolved dragonewt, a bit inexperienced but willing to put in the effort to grow. The dragonewt enjoyed using a sword and a tantō. Hanzo had taken a liking to him after he started to call him big bro Hanzo. So he had made him train a lot.
A long time had passed since then and the weak Dragonewt had grown into a formidable force. He had learned how to detect him even when he was using his unique skill to hide and could deflect most of the arrows he shot from the shadows.
Most of them.
"Argh, I need healing!" he screamed.
Coming out from the shadows Hanzo went to him.
"Stop acting so dramatic Genji, I have seen you get hurt 10 times worse without complaining. If you want to take a break just let me know."
This was Hanzo the kijin and Genji the dragonewt. Since the day they had met, they were destined to become sworn brothers.
~Falmuth's hero~
Since the day that man had appeared Falmuth hadn't been the same. The land became more fertile. The corrupt nobles were removed. And the number of people who were starving and couldn't provide for their families had dropped to almost zero.
Not much was known about him, only that he was the servant of the king of the Jura Forest. A handsome dark-haired man was the best description the citizens had gotten of him.
The truth was that the man was in full control of the nobility and leadership of Falmuth. The old king had slipped on the stairs and died. And so Helios, his servant, had been chosen as a king. A choice the citizens accepted after they discovered that the new unknown king had been recommended by the one who had made their lives improve so much. Helios was chosen because the man, or demon, didn't want to have to stay in this place a moment longer.
"Rimuru-sama will definitely praise me for my job here. Kufufufufufufu. I think I can finally return. I can finally spend time with my lord. He will be impressed once he tastes the tea I have learned to make. Maybe I should give Razen something as thanks for teaching me how to make his special tea."
The joy Diablo felt turned to despair once he had found out he had missed his lord's speech to announce the creation of his empire.
"I have failed him. I took too long to settle things in Falmuth and this is my punishment."
Diablo dropped to his knees before standing up once again with a determined expression.
"That's I just have to be here when he becomes the ruler of the world. If it is my lord I am sure he will conquer it without a problem."
