The last one was schematics for a colony. The base form of this didn't really make anything. So it needed the correct choices added to it for it to have worth. All it did as the base form was to let you start encroaching on another's land.
The land claimed doesn't belong to the person right away, but they could use force to make it recognized later. Lich left for the entrance for the items. He got coins for the mystery dao choices and for the utility dao ones he got blueprints with notes scribbled on it.
Lich went back to the warehouse for the last few utility dao before he went to do the last wisdom dao. The two utility dao were Hero and Exterminator. The hero one let Lich craft hero dao, however this in the base form was in all honesty garbage.
