Kido village
Kido Village is a small, self-sufficient town with cheerful people and children playing in the streets. Let's shift our focus to a cozy tavern.
''Hey, did you hear?'' Said a man.
''Hear what?'' Another man replied.
''They finally got rid of that monster terrorizing this village.''
''Oh yeah,'' the other man said. ''I heard Hendrick and his men took care of it, but it wasn't easy. it took them three days to wound that beast before driving it back.''
''I see.'' The first man nodded. ''Where are Hendrick and his men anyway?''
'I don't know'' the second man replied ''last I heard, they were chasing some girl for some reason.''
''Oh,'' said the first man.
"Excuse me?" came a small, feminine voice. The two turned towards the source of the sound and saw a young girl wearing a waitress outfit with short blond hair and brown eyes. "Here are your drinks, sirs," she said as she offered mugs of beer to the two men.
''Oi Yuzu-Chan!'' the first man chirped, taking the mug. ''How you been, girly?''
''I've been fine, sir,'' the girl named Yuzu replied.
''still as cute as ever,'' the second man said, taking his mug.
''O-oh no, I'm not, really.'' the little waitress blushed as the two men laughed.
''Yuzu-Chan!'' a woman calls out. ''Come on, dear, you still have orders to deliver!''
''Yes i,m coming'' Yuzu said ''excuse me sirs I have to go.''
''See you later, Yuzu-chan.'' the two men waved goodbye. She bowed in response and went on her way.

The tavern was still bustling with noise as Yuzu was busy clearing tables, and finally, her shift was over.
''Phew.'' Yuzu said wiping sweat from her brow ''it's finally over.''
''good work, dear.'' Yuzu turned to find a tanned, plump woman congratulating her. ''Thank you, Martha-san!'' Yuzu smiled. The woman, Martha, took a brown bag and gave it to Yuzu.
''Here your week's payment.'' Martha said'' keep up the good work."
''Yes, thank you'' Yuzu bowed.
''I must say, dear, you're popular with all the clientele. Have you considered working here full-time?'' Martha asked.
''I'm sorry,'' Yuzu replied. ''But I can't stay for long. I must be on my way soon.''
''I see…'' Martha sighed. ''Well, whenever you decide to go, just remember you're always welcome here.'' Martha hugs Yuzu.
"Thank you, Martha-san," Yuzu said, hugging back. At that moment, the tavern doors burst open, revealing a pair of battered and bruised men. The patrons gasped at the sight.
''Hendrick? Is that you?'' The one man from earlier asked. ''What happened to you?''
''Ugh,'' The man known as Hendrick groans. ''We were attacked.''
''Was it the monster again?'' The second man from earlier asked.
''No it was… it was'' Hendrick said, hesitating.
''Yes, out with it, man,'' the first man said.
''It was... a little boy,'' Hendrick said. The Tavern grew quiet, and then everyone present filled the air with laughter.
''Ha ha ha, a little boy? Please tell me you're joking?'' The first man said, laughing.
''It's true!'' Hendrick said ''a small blonde-haired boy with no pants on and his dog attacked us. He was strong and quick. we stood no chance, right men?'' He turned to his men. his men nodded. The laughter got louder.
''Oh man,'' the second man chuckled. ''The strongest men in our village were bested by a mere lad.''
''What's going on here?'' Martha said as Martha and Yuzu came to see what the commotion was about. ''What in tarnation?!'' Martha said, shocked as she saw Hendrick and his men in their sorry state. ''What happened here?!''
''Get this, Martha-san,'' the first man responded, still laughing. ''Your husband and his men were beaten up by a little boy and his dog.
''With no pants on,'' the second man added.
''Oh my, ''Martha said, unsure what to make of that. The laughter continued as Hendrick and his men looked down in embarrassment.
''ENOUGH!''
A voice rang out through the tavern. The laughter died down as the customers turned to the voice's owner. It was Yuzu who stood in front of Hendrick and his men in a protective manner ''Hendrick-san and his men risked their lives to protect this village and got injured in the process. Then they were attacked by a mean boy, and all you can do is laugh at them?!'' Yuzu said sternly ''you oughta be ashamed of yourselves!'' The first and second men looked down in guilt, and the crowd murmured apologies as they dispersed.
''We're sorry, Yuzu-Chan'' the first man apologized.
''Please don't be mad at us,'' the second man pleaded.
''Oh, alright,'' Yuzu sighed, taking a scolding stance. ''But this better not happen again, you got it?''
''Yes ma,am'' they both said.
''You tell em Yuzu-Chan'' Martha laughed. ''Now that you two are done being idiots, you can help me with these men,'' Martha ordered as the two men scattered.
''Yuzu-Chan,'' Martha said, ''you're done for the day. Go out and have fun.''
''Yes ma, am,'' Yuzu beamed as she left the tavern.

Kido village
Linn and Tomodachi have arrived at Kido village, which was still bustling with activity.
''This must be the place Madoka mentioned,'' Linn said, looking around.
''Do you think the girls are here, master?'' asked Tomodachi.
"I don't know, Tomo," Linn said. "We just have to look around and see." The pair strolled through town, searching for clues about the girls' whereabouts. Linn asked around town if anyone had seen them, but all he got was awkward stares, blushing girls, and laughing men.
''I wonder what's wrong with everyone today,'' Linn said.
''It's probably because you're still half naked, master,'' Tomodachi sweatdropped. Linn looked down; sure enough, he was still in his boxers.
''Oh yeah,'' Linn said sheepishly, rubbing his head.
''you're very forgetful, master,'' Tomodachi said.
"In any case, we just have to keep looking," Linn said. "Now, where could they be?" Linn put his finger to his chin. His thought was interrupted by a scream. Linn turned around to find a little girl pointing at him. Her face was a mixture of anger and embarrassment.
''W-what do you think you're doing?!" the little girl screamed as she ran up to Linn. Linn got a good look at the girl. She was a small girl with short blond hair and brown eyes. She was wearing a pink sweater hoodie, light blue shorts, and brown boots. ''you can't go around half-naked like that!'' The little girl scolded ''you'll make other people feel uncomfortable!''
''Wait! it's not what you think!'' Linn said, putting his hands up defensively. ''I had to give my clothes to my friend here since he didn't have any, and I don't have any spares.'' The little girl looks at Linn and then at Tomodachi.
''Ok…I believe you,'' she sighed, ''but it doesn't change the fact that you're half naked.'' she closed her eyes and wagged her finger as she continued, ''You should know better than to walk around like that. What if you catch a cold? Not to mention…'' Linn and Tomodachi sweatdropped as the little girl went on.
''M-master? What's wrong with her? She won't stop talking.'' Tomodachi whispered to Linn ''I don't know'' Linn whispered back ''she sounds like someone's mother.''
''Do you understand?'' the little girl asked. Linn and Tomodachi snapped at attention.
''Y-yes, ma, am!'' Linn saluted for some reason. Tomodachi just sighed at his master's antics.
''Good.''' The little girl smiled. ''If you don't have clothes, I can get you some. Come with me. ''The little girl grabbed Linn by the arm and dragged him along as Tomodachi followed.

Tavern room
The little girl escorted Linn to a room in the small tavern and provided him with some clothes to wear. Tomodachi and the little girl were waiting outside. The little girl decided to engage in small talk with the human dog.
''So what were you two doing before you came to this town?'' the little girl asked. Tomodachi was silent. The little girl put her hands on her hips and huffed ''hello?'' I'm talking to you. It's rude to ignore people when they are talking.''
Tomodachi blinked and turned to the little girl ''Huh? Oh, sorry, I wasn't listening.'' Tomodachi said, flustered. An angry pout was etched on the girl's face.
''Geez, What am I going to do with you two? First, the boy strolled into town half naked, and you spacing out on me and…'' the little girl went on again.
'Wow. The master was right. She does sound like someone's mother.' Tomodachi thought as he plugged his ears.
The tavern door opens, revealing Linn with a new outfit. He is decked out in a simple blue t-shirt and navy blue shorts.
''I'm done'' Linn said. Tomodachi rushed to Linn and hugged him
''Oh, master!'' Tomodachi said, comical tears running down his face. ''It was horrible! That little girl scolded me!'' Linn just sweatdropped.
''There. You look so handsome now'' the little girl complimented.
''Thanks'' Linn blushed ''These fits nicely. are there yours?''
''Oh heavens no,'' the little girl dismissed. 'They were spare clothes that belonged to a friend…'' the little girl said somberly, looking down. Both Linn and Tomodachi caught the tone in her voice and decided not to press the issue.
''Well, thanks, I appreciate it, uh,'' Linn paused. ''I'm sorry, I never got your name.'' The little girl looked up and smiled.
''My name is Yuzu Katagiri,'' she introduced herself. ''And you two?''
''I'm Linn Tsukiyomi, and this is Tomodachi.'' Linn introduced. Tomodachi waved.
''Ok,'' Yuzu said. ''Now that's settled, how about I show you around town?''
''Oh no'' Linn said. ''You don't need to do that. We'll be fine on our own.''
''Nonsense,'' Yuzu said, two-fisted hands on her hips. ''I can tell you two are not from around here. What if you get lost? No, I'm showing you around town and that final!''
Linn and Tomodachi sweatdropped. 'Oh boy…' Linn thought.
