Before Angel could ask more, however, the door to her room opened again. This time, a woman walked inside. Dressed in a white suit, her hair tied behind her, the woman looked beautiful and cold. In fact, she looked like a direct contrast to Angel.
Terrified at the woman's entrance, the phone fell out of Angel's hand as she stuttered," Wh.. What are you doing here?"
Jeannie Boon walked inside and picked up the disposable phone that had fallen on the floor. It seemed that whoever it was had disconnected the call.
Returning the phone to the woman on the bed, Jeannie asked, " So, whose conditions are you agreeing to?"
Angel looked on with a confused expression before shaking her head," Uhh.. nothing. It's just work."
To this, Jeannie commented," It seems you are really in demand Miss Angel. You are getting work offers even as you are in the hospital?"
