Forks, this is home to the blue wolves and the reason why, is that there are many shifters of different species congregated into three categories of Land, Air and Water along with their royal families that governs them.
Shifters of different categories do not like staying with each other and some even prefers their own types but, some are extremely powerful and territorial that they forbid anyone from stepping into their territory and some times even reluctantly allow some of their own species to stay. this manner of living caused them to be scattered all over the world except from Georgia where the vampires are located.
The most powerful of the shifters are the Air type because they have the dragon shifters born among them. Dragon shifters are extremely strong and they are the ultimate and overall rulers of the shifters but their numbers are pitifully small compared with the other species.
They do not intervene with the other shifters affairs except when a certain specie is about to be exterminated.

In the largest mansion located downtown forks hidden by large trees, the blue wolf's clan lives here.
Inside the huge study room used only by the alpha royal of the blue wolf clan, the man sitting at the main seat with his height at six feet is the leader of the clan known by the name Adolph meaning noble wolf in German. Beside him are his two sons who he has called today to analyse the vampire's strange movements these past months.
Both races have people well, spies to monitors each other's movements and this is especially emphasised by the blue wolf clan that has hatred piled up with the vampires and this hatred became even more piled up when one of their pure-blooded royal sons ran away with the vampire princess.
Alpha Adolph has three pure blooded triplet male children with no daughter and due to the death of his wife, he deeply loved his children but was hurt when one of his sons fell in love with the enemy and chose to forsake his own race's heritage just to be with her!
Until this day, he still couldn't forget the betrayal of his son and yet deep down he knew he has already forgiven him as long as he came back because out of his three triplet sons, Cassius is the most pampered one because he is the youngest and the one who resembles his dead wife the most.
"What has the messenger brought?" Adolph asked in a gruff and slightly tired voice which made his sons tense up because their father has not been well these days and you must know that although shape shifters age slowly compared to humans, they still age and their lifespan is different because of their specie and blue wolf's lifespan is three hundred and sometimes if extremely powerful, five hundred years is the maximum.
Although that is the calculated lifespan but since shape shifters are people who lead violent lifestyles in the first place, it is common to die earlier.
"The information we received said the vampire movements is due to a child and as to how the child looks, they couldn't get anything" said Stan the eldest alpha standing at the height of six feet with broad shoulders exactly as his father
" a child? Hmm… ask them to use their contacts over there to find a way to get a picture" said Adolph because there will always be humans who wants to profit from both side
"Why father? It is just a child and no threat" said Lucas the middle child and the second most pampered apart from his runaway brother.
The reason Lucas asked that is because children and women are both protected by both races and not allowed to be used in wars of men.
" I have a feeling that it's connected to your brother!" Said Adolph and he doesn't know where this mysterious feeling is from but he always believed in his instincts and it never failed him
Hearing what their father said, both Stan and Lucas's eyes widened in disbelief before happiness crossed their feature causing both of them to jump up and say, "yes father!" While running out of the study to contact their informant located in Georgia.
They have been trying to look for their other brother with every contact they possess but to no avail and as triplets, they possess special mind links between them that is quite different from type of mind links that shape shifters have and they had tried using it but their brother blocked them neither answering and until this day, they don't know where he is hiding and now that they found a way even though it is a hunch, it is still the best new ever for them!
