Arial returned to his dormitory.
It seems that all the things that he needed would just be delivered to him. Anyway, there are still a couple of days before the class would start.
As far as he knows, the Academy is still accepting students and expecting a lot more enrollees. These people should be coming from the farthest region in the kingdom.
After all, the Viridian Rose Academy is the best Mystic Arts Academy and anyone living in the kingdom would want to attend here. Though the acceptance rate isn't that high, many families would like their children to try and get accepted here.
'Haa~ I have to meet the manager of the custodians tomorrow… I hope that he won't make it difficult for me.'
Arial mused as he lied on his bed after changing his clothes.
In truth, a part of him is looking forward to this… After all, he didn't have a chance to attend school in his life due to his family's situation.
His current knowledge was all just the benefit of his Fifth to the Sixth State of Experimentation. They were all forcefully incorporated into his mind instead of learning them slowly.
Knock! Knock!
As he was waiting for the time to pass, he then heard someone knocking on his door.
"Arial, this is Kyle…" The familiar dorm's security personnel called out. Arial quickly opened for him as it might be related to his stuff within the academy.
He was right…
A small box named after him was brought by Kyle. It is faster than what he expected. Aside from that, he was also invited to visit the cafeteria to have his meal.
Apparently, they are serving meals to the students three times a day and they just have to be there in time.
"I see… Thank you for informing me. I'll be there in a moment. Do I have to wear my uniform?"
"It's alright. Your identity card is in the box as well. You can just bring it with you."
After Arial asked a couple more questions, he finally returned to his room to check out the contents of the box.
There are several uniforms that are probably meant for different seasons or perhaps, different classes. One of them is actually a white robe that is probably indicating that he is a freshman student.
He then found his identity card confirming his status as a student in the Academy.
'Hmm… I'm finally going to be a student. This feeling is new.' Arial smiled after realizing it. He could still recall how he would always stare at the students going to school before he was taken by the Research Institute.
He would always envy them as they were surrounded by their friends in the school.
'Well, it might be difficult for me to get along with people here. But I guess I can only try and enjoy it.'
The young man mused as he went out after wearing some decent clothes. He easily found the cafeteria since there's quite a lot of students who are going in and out of the place.
Apparently, it is located at the second floor of the central building…
There are three main buildings in the academy where classes are being held. The central building, on the other hand, also has the faculty, cafeteria, and various offices…
Arial noticed about 20 students having their meal at the cafeteria.
'Whoa~ This looks five times better than what Uncle has been feeding me… and we will be receiving this quality food every day?'
Arial thought after seeing the meals ready to be served. There are meats and vegetables on a single serving plate and even desserts are included.
He also noticed that there are a few drinks that can be served to them as well. Anyway, He decided to just drink water for now and try their tea later…
'Hmm~ I guess I'm going to enjoy my stay here.'
The treatment here is so much better that he couldn't help but thank Henrik in his heart.
"Hey, kid… Are you new here?"
As Arial was seated alone at the table, he was approached by three arrogant-looking men… They seemed to have finished eating as they didn't bring their serving plate.
Arial is unsure about their purpose. They didn't even introduce themselves to him. He thought that it should be a common manner between nobles…
Of course, though he wasn't a nobleman, they should still act properly since they didn't know him in the first place.
'Haa~ Am I going to get into trouble?' Arial thought before he answered briefly.
"Yes…"
He then started eating his food to tell them that he's not in a mood to chat with them. They are obviously three or four years older than him so they shouldn't have anything to do with him at this point.
"Well, I guess as much. This is my first time seeing you here." One of the boys, who has blue hair and squinty eyes replied.
The two beside him seem to be his lackeys. They have larger frames and they seem to be capable of passing to a Knight School with their physique.
Arial sighed as he waited for them to move away… If they are going to tell something to him, he can only hope that they do it fast. He can't enjoy his food like this.
"Hmph… If you're new here. Then you should know that your noble family is not something you can boast about around here in the academy. You have to depend on your seniors." The man said with a smile as he revealed his purpose for approaching him.
"Before the student assembly in a couple of days, you need to join our circle… You only need to pay 200 moon gold… You should be in the freshmen dormitory, we will look for you." The man then left with an arrogant smile without even telling him his name or the circle's name...
'Ugh... What kind of recruitment is this?' Arial thought as he shakes his head. He knows that this is not a normal club invitation and something is fishy about this.
Nevertheless, he decided to deal with it on that day and just finished his meal.
