The cane in Lirian's hand rung every time it struck the cobbled road of Sove.
He strolled through the streets with Izlandi by his side playing the role of his guide, as they veered around a corner a group of men in armour appeared in Izlandi's sight, and as she looked between the soldiers she saw a man wearing a fedora on his head, and a badge pinned to his shirt directly over his heart.
Izlandi immediately recognised the badge and what it meant and unintentionally stopped while looking at the man between the soldiers with a worried expression.
She attempted to continue moving and act like she saw nothing, but Lirian had already noted her strange reaction the moment she saw the group.
