"We… we should find a village pretty soon," Izlandi stammered out as they walked through the verdant greenery of forests.
"Yeah," Lirian replied in a bored tone, "You've been saying that for two days now," he added not at all lowering the disappointment in his voice.
Izlandi staggered on her swollen ankles as her master words struck her coldly, a few steps later she sunk to her knees while panting.
They had been walking none stop for a week now, walking over uneven earth and her ankles were feeling it.
They looked twice their normal size and felt like they could break of at any moment, this was the most strenuous week of her life, not once could she remember walking one her own two legs for more than an hour, but currently it was none stop walking from sunrise till sunset.
And if not for one of her temper tantrums during the second day her master would have probably made her walk through the night as well.
