Lirian and Izlandi continued to make their way through the camp of refugees until the armoured soldiers came within sight.
Izlandi gasped as she looked at the emblems on their armour, "They are soldiers from Traunt," she whispered to Lirian.
Traunt was one of the six main cities of the region, three belonged to the Noble house's, namely House's Brock, Hauton and Kurt, but aside from the three noble house's there were three other cities.
There was Atel which was aptly named after the Atel River, it was a city that didn't fall under the jurisdiction of ordinary nobles but rather was ruled by the Crusader Queen of Proge.
Atel was a port city, but it provided a rather special purpose, it was situated at a water fall, that was a point where ships couldn't go any further, they would have to dock at Atel and offload their ship, before loading their ships onto a mechanism that would either bring the ships up or down, then the ships would be reloaded.
