Izlandi's felt like she was going to burst with rage, as she saw her master sitting there in the air with a lazy expression on his face.
Not only was he trying to kill her, but now that she found a way out of her predicament he had taken it away with a snap of his fingers.

Lirian clicked his fingers once more releasing a pulse of energy that would shatter any runes in his surroundings, then he gave a gloating look at Izlandi that basically said, 'I know I just took away your chance, but so what, what can you possibly do about it?'
"Why!?" Izlandi screamed in both anger and desperation, as she once more pivoted around a tree, from the rate at which the flame was recovering, Izlandi knew that the tactic to pivot around tree would work at most for another two times before the flame was able to curve around the trees instead of coming to an abrupt stop before chasing after her.
"Oh," Lirian said softly with a voice filled with displeasure.
