The 'Flames of Nirvana' in particular played a major part in his recovery, Lirian was constantly gathering up energy before activating the 'Flames of Nirvana' to heal himself.
Unfortunately the 'Flames of Nirvana' consumed a very high amount of energy which Lirian's healing body couldn't easily obtain, also the wound was caused by a fifth grade existence.
Getting rid of the crusader's energy was the hardest part, and Lirian was grateful that all the crusader did was punch a hole through his body, without the use of extreme energy.
