Lirian crumpled to the ground, his knees were buried in the dirt and he didn't even have the strength left to hold himself up.
But despite his condition, Lirian was amazed that he was even in one piece, his right arm which held the space elemental, broken and swelling in over a dozen places, but he expected worse, given what he had just done.
It was only a short while later that he realised that it was actually the space elementals doing, it seemed to have some level of consciousness and in that moment it used its power to protect him.
As for the Crusader he was nowhere to be seen, Lirian forced 'God's Gaze' to stay active with his dwindling energy and scanned for the Crusader, but there was no trace of him or his shadow anywhere.
