Erwin had to stay alive! In order to prevent Erwin from being killed, Nancy begged, "As long as you let him go, I'll do whatever you want! You can do whatever you want..."
"Haha!" the man laughed coldly.
He stopped in her tracks and looked at Nancy as if she was an idiot. "What if he kills me when he wakes up? Or tried to settle the score later?"
"He saw my face! What if he calls the police?"
His eyes were filled with malice as she told Nancy, "I'm a murderer. I don't leave anyone alive every time I commit a crime. Of course, it's the same this time!"
He continued walking toward Erwin.
Seeing that he was getting closer and closer to Erwin, Nancy could only shout at the top of her lungs, "Erwin, wake up! Wake up!"
Erwin did not show any signs of waking up.
He was still lying motionlessly under the tree as though he was dead.
