Erwin's failure to manage the company had infuriated Albert!
He led Christopher and Jackson to find Erwin once again.

Christopher replied, "That's right. You're not in the mood to manage the company right now. Why don't you leave everything in Hillford to Jackson and me to help you manage it for the time being?"
Jackson nodded.
He looked down on Erwin, the illegitimate son of Albert, and said, "You can live or die if you want to, but you can't ruin the Smith family's business."
